Del Frisco’s Grille is a modern and stylish spin on the classic bar and grill, drawing inspiration from bold flavors and market-fresh ingredients. Our menu is a tempting mix of prime steaks, fresh seafood and twists on American comfort cuisine.
This was our first time visiting a Del Friscos and we left so disappointed. It started the moment we walked in. Hostess was nowhere to be found at 5:50 and it wasn’t overly busy. When she showed up we asked about the bar and happy hour. Her question was if we were going to get meals after. Why does that matter. Finally sat down and no service from anyone. 6-7 minutes goes by. Bartender finally comes to table. I asked about beer and some samples. I was told she would not be able to get me sample and ring up in time. Like it was our fault we sat there waiting. Other tables had servers that were catering to their select table with what seemed regulars.
Attitude started and continued from there.
Did order the egg rolls and those were very good for happy hour pricing. Regular pricing not worth $19 bucks. Also order a filet medium and the strip medium rare, along with loaded baked potato and truffle mac and cheese as we were told by waitress/bartender that any side was included.
I don’t understand why both meals came out separately timed. My strip was overcooked without even cutting into it. Could barely press down on it. About a minute later the filet shows up. Both cooked wrong probably inputted wrong by staff, but the filet was still okay to eat. Finally got to send it back. Had to watch wife eat without me. So she chose to wait almost 15 minutes for another steak to come out. Manager hovered over my back till I cut into it even though I told it was obviously better. I hate cutting into the center of a steak. just dropped at table. Also got a new side of mac and cheese and silverware from him like this was supposed to make up for everything.
Both steaks lacked seasoning. Even a bit of salt goes a long ways. Oh I choose not to buy butter- waitress attitude again. We regretted all parts of the meal. Steaks over priced and underwhelming. Baked potato was just that. Very large but not enough toppings. Mac and cheese had a garlicky flavor more than truffle.
When our waitress came back we asked for box and check. She still tries to push more drinks or dessert. Bad enough we paid an up-charge for the two side that were included.
I have worked in the industry and have a region C.A. This is not how you handle this. Noting was attempted to be made right. 200 bucks for not even longhorn quality food.
Boy do we wish Berns had not closed for the night unexpectedly.

For the price, the food wasn't anything special. The Filet Mignon was tough and did not have much flavor; Longhorn would be a better choice. My Mahi Mahi was good, but nothing spectacular. The service was good. So if you don't mind paying high prices for decent food and want to dine in a setting where "the Chef" doesn't allow substitutions, then you might like this place.

We came in on Fathers Day and had the most wonderful experience with our server Anna. I lost my own Father a few years ago and Anna made this experience still so enjoyable for me and my family. On a day I usually feel complicated emotions Anna was the perfect person to serve us and make us feel comfortable and taken care of. She was so attentive not only to us but we even saw how helpful she was to other servers and friendly throughout every interaction we witnessed. She anticipated everything we needed and gave us the perfect amount of time between appetizers and main course, checking in on us between as well. If you come to dine here, definitely request Anna as your server!

It was our Anniversary and we decided to to go to a 6:00 dinner because we now how crowded restaurants can get and wanted to be able to enjoy our conversation.
The waitress was Kaitlyn and she was amazing! She was so attentive and very kind . She was also professional and helpful. The manager came over to ask us about our food, which was really delicious from the philly cheesesteak eggrolls to my husbands amazing Salmon . The desert was cheesecake and so well made! Our waitress Katelynn even gave us a complimentary slice for our anniversary to go. We were so pleased and happy to finally have wonderful food and great time

First time there after wanting to try for sometime... unfortunately was disappointed with the quality of food and not one thing came out hot. Service was mediocre. Atmosphere was good. I was with my adult kids, which is hard for us all to get together at same time, so we made the best of it. I won't be back. For this price point, I recommended Ruth's Chris, Ocean Prime, Eddie V's, Charley's, Berns... all nearby.
