  Decided to come here for a family reunion after looking at my options within the area. Food was surprisingly good, staff were incredible. Many arcade games, though a good few that I played were either broken or unplayable. The staff member helped me with every problem, and I appreciate it. This place would be great for a younger kid's birthday party. I'm getting older and came here with family, so it wasn't as enjoyable as it would be for me 10 years ago. I'm glad I got the experience of going to a Dave n Buster's, as this was my childhood dream to come here.

  I was there Friday evening with my son and two daughters. My three year old wanted the chicken pasta, but I know she doesn’t really want it. Sydni helped create a pasta dish for her. It came with all of the fixings she would like. That’s just one thing. I was able to sip my wine while Sydni provided great service. Five stars for her, for sure. And 5 stars to the chef. The food was amazing. When I visit Tampa (Brandon), It will be mandatory to come enjoy some time at Dave and Busters. Thank you for the excellent experience. 💪🏾

  Dave & Buster's has become Americana over the past 2 decades (or thereabouts). Having frequented many across the nation, I can say WITHOUT question the one in "my backyard" is THEE GOAT. Games, Food & Drinks are fundamentally expected when walking in the door at D&B, but what makes Tampa's Uniquely Spectacular is their Management & Representation. I'm Greeted with familial warmth EVERY time I've entered & in an era where sub-mediocrity has become the undesired norm for Customer Service experiences, D&B Tampa bucks that cultural stereotype entirely. I want to extend OVERWHELMING Gratitude to the following Crew Members for their 'above & beyond' commitment to my numerous, Extraordinary experiences: Peggy, Mandi, Jesse & Sydni. As a Vice President in the Automotive Sector, I can say with Conclusive Certainty, the caliber of Exceedingly Dignified, Competent & Cordial Service represent ideals that would make them WELCOME additions to My Team. Without folks like those, Dave & Buster's Tampa would be just another arcade + "watering hole"... And I couldn't be Happier they make it the Standout it is!!

  Great place but the food area was WAY TOO LOUD! Decibels were at 90-105 for the hour & 1/2 we were trying to have dinner. (iPhone health app sent constant warnings about hearing loss with numbers) It’s expected to be loud in the game area, but the food area you should not have to yell in the ear of the person sitting next to you for them to hear you. Should be a little more relaxed area. Could not wait to leave rear of dining area. The game room was way quieter. All food ordered was good except salmon was dry. Drinks were good tasting, but light on the alcohol. I’m a 1-drink person & I tasted very little alcohol. Our server, Jessie, was AWESOME! He deserves a BIG raise!

  We went there to watch a FIFA World Cup match. Even though I made a reservation in advance, we were seated at the worst table possible immediately under their projection screens, which made for an absolutely awful experience trying to watch the match twisting our necks in uncomfortable ways. It was literally painful to attempt to watch the match. We brought this up to hostess and they could not care less. She said all booths were reserved. They were not, we saw empty booths for more than one hour after seated. The food was mediocre. We ordered piggies in a blanket, among other items, and the dough was raw. We had to send them back. The entire time servers and hostess gave a clear message wirh their non-verbal language that they did not want to be there. The restrooms are DISGUSTING! It seemed like nobody had checked them for the entire day. We were there around 8:00 pm. No hand soap, no paper towels and ALL the faucets in the men's room are loose, wobbly and falling apart. Bathrooms give the feeling of a gas station's bathroom on the highway on a holiday weekend. It is really surprising for a place where prices for food, drinks and games are not cheap. My advice to their management is to not just rely on the reputation of a good franchise to get business, but work hard to earn our business. And to the people to schedule their staff, don't schedule employees who don't want to host World Cup crowds on a night that you promote as the place to watch matches to attract World Cup fans. Will not plan to go to this place again to watch any games.
