  Podemos escribir algo así en inglés: Fun place to spend time with the family! The kids had a great time playing all the arcade games. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the service was good. The food was okay, nothing extraordinary, but overall we had a really good time. Definitely a nice place to bring the kids and let them enjoy the games!

  It was fine. My son had a great time but the adults noticed that the quality had gone down. The server at the bar was not friendly, our waitress was great though and did fantastic. As far as arcade area its fun but why cant you earn tickets/tickets for all the games. All the things you win are so cheap why not give the kids better odds. And we payed extra for my son to do the human crane and it was disappointing. He could only grab one thing and the ball popped with in 2 days I believe. Like I said above, he enjoyed his birthday but we will definatly be looking for a different arcade place for future events.

  Majority of the employees I’ve encountered today have been extremely rude and just absolutely terrible to me and my party. Even when I called asking for a manager the boy who took my call had an attitude for no reason. I asked to speak with a manager and he asked me what my name was and why. I told him it’s about my experience today and he said “ohhkay….” I’m guessing he expected me to tell him? He put me on hold then told me there’s no manager to take my call at the moment and someone said for me to call back tomorrow?? I’ll try again tomorrow and hopefully it will be resolved but for now, I’m never going back to this location. The hostess was very nasty to me and people of my party. I cannot believe the experience we had with her. We even had another employee recording us on his phone as he was walking by and went right up to that same lady. A lot happened at this visit and I need to speak with someone from corporate to explain this too.

  You may be confused about why I’m giving an overall of 2 stars when I rated every thing 4. Food isn’t bad if you order what you want. They just overcook my steak every time. Steak keeps on cooking even when taken off the stove, so maybe the chef isn’t fully aware of that? I have to request my steak be med rare every single time I go in and it’s always overcooked, the first time, the entire thing was brown. Like that’s not even edible. That was illegal to cook a steak like that 🤣 the second time, still over cooked but in the midst of allll the brown, there was a tiny little circle in the middle that was slightly dark red. So basically med well/overcooked. So I have to tell my server to bring it mooing bc I expect they’ll still somehow overcook that lol But mainly, the games costs a lot of points to play. Going with a family of 4, between JUST 2 ppl, for just points to play- we paid 90$ in points that was used up in half an hour, the other half of the party didn’t even get to play anything bc we were eating while the kids took off. I see why you have specials on Wednesdays and Sundays bc the pricing for games AND to eat is insane in this era. Wish they did the Sunday-Thursday half off points indefinitely and just keep Fridays and Saturdays normal to make up for the half point weekdays bc the weekend are the busiest days for an establishment like this so I can understand why it wouldnt be discounted on weekends. During the weekdays, kids are in school so it’s already going to be slower, so might as well bring in more customers with a good discount. The summer thing was a great idea with Sunday-Thursday discounts; we went only on those days. Now we haven’t been back in a couple months bc it’s not cost effective. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise bc I was spending 200-300 EVERY week the entire summer until they took weekdays discount off. We won’t be going back unless my kid is playing hooky on a Wednesday and the chance of that happening is basically none lol See yall next summer!

  🎉🎮 Birthday Bash at Dave & Buster’s – Brandon, FL! 🎂❤️ ⭐ Updated Rating: 4.2/5 We came to Dave & Buster’s in Brandon to celebrate my birthday AND my friend’s birthday, and after the way the night ended, I definitely had to UPDATE my review! 🥳🎉 🍽️ THE FOOD: The food was excellent! I had the Fish & Chips 🐟🍟 — crispy fish, seasoned fries, and a portion that had me FULL! 😂 My friends also enjoyed Chicken Alfredo and wings with fries, and we had that beautiful chocolate cake 🍫🍰 with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Now let me give credit where credit is due! 👏🏽❤️ 🎂 THE BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE TURNED AROUND! Although our experience with the first server wasn’t the best, another lady/server really helped turn things around. She brought us a candle for the cake, and we were able to sing Happy Birthday together! 🕯️🎂🥳 That small gesture made a BIG difference because at the end of the day, we came here to celebrate, make memories, laugh, eat, play games and enjoy each other’s company. She also helped us with to-go containers and everything we needed, and I really appreciated the hospitality. ❤️ It’s important to recognize when someone steps in and makes an experience better, and she definitely did! That’s customer service. 👏🏽 I still think Dave & Buster’s could offer more healthy options besides mostly salads 🥗, and the beginning of our service could have been better. I also felt there was a little too much upselling at first. BUT — I don’t believe in judging an entire experience only by how it started. It’s also about how they recover and how you leave feeling. 💯 And we left having had a GOOD TIME! ❤️🎉 We ate, laughed, sang Happy Birthday, enjoyed our cake, played games 🎮, took pictures 📸 and celebrated another year of LIFE together. My friends had fun, my fiancé Di’Angilo ❤️ was there with me, and that’s what really matters.
