  Muy lento el servicio de atención. Tienen una sola persona en varias ocasiones para servir la comida y la misma persona es la que manipula la caja registradora. Y tambien colocan muy poca comida . Pagar 14$ por un plato que no trae nada

  I go here almost every week and consistently there’s only one person working to make food. It takes forever to get my order and ridiculous how this hasn’t change. The staff is respectful/hardworking but corporate management needs to invest into the store in ensuring employees are there.

  I can’t believe corporate let this place open up with the clear lack of preparation, training, and staffing at this location. If there’s more than 10 people in line, expect to wait at least 20 minutes. They’re understaffed, and there’s usually always two crew members that are just standing together at the POS system rather than helping the one person building the entire bowl or burrito. Crew members have zero direction and seem to barely know how to make a bowl or burrito, and I’ve never seen a manager present. Trash isn’t picked up even if it’s in the line of view of those crew members at the register, checking their phone waiting for the next person to be ready to pay. I’ve given this location three opportunities but I’d rather continue to drive to one farther away. Corporate, no need to respond asking me to email you with more information. Rather, send a field member out to this location to get it straightened out.

  Worst service Ive received. I waited past my time by 20 minutes I should’ve just came in and ordered my food. I don’t know why they would leave one individual doing mobile orders during LUNCH. People tend to go here on break an it’s no inefficient. Also was not very clean. There was food all over the place. Definitely a waste of my time and existence. And they gave me the wrong order.

  Was great the first week it opened. It’s gone off the rails since. There’s no structure or routine whatsoever. It looks like most of the workers don’t really know what their roles are, and they’re consistently understaffed. That leads to people juggling multiple positions they weren’t trained for, and the store not even being ready by its scheduled opening time. Once they are open, it’s consistently slow. If there are 10 people in front of you, you’re waiting 30+ minutes because there’s usually only one person making bowls at a time. It’s completely asinine and ridiculous, and turns fast casual into slow agony.
