  The best location in west Tampa by far!!!! I believe her name is pilar but she’s one of the people in the front and she’s so sweet and she helped me sign up for rewards!!!! Thank yall for being the best!!!

  This is the worst Chipotle that I've ever been to. I'm not crazy about Chipotle anyway, I think it's overrated but this particular location is the worst of them all? The food quality is always really bad. They're always out of the necessities in order to make any entrees. Tonight I went inside and ordered a burrito with a side of chips. The chips were wet. The chips were wet. The ones that weren't wet were stale. It was the worst experience and when I return. Oh no that's impossible. We made the chips this morning. What does that mean? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. Please do not go to this Chipotle it is the worst nobody wears a hairnet everybody's hair is right in front of the food. You got to beg them for toppings every time. If they're not missy the the fajita vegetables they're missing the lettuce. They're missing the romaine lettuce. They're missing sour cream and you just have to deal with it. We don't have it. No apologies. The restaurant is always dirty. They have six or seven employees and yet the place is still dirty. They're always just sitting around laughing. Don't go!!!!

  This location is a mess, dirty floors and glass. I’ve been twice, each time decided not to eat there. Very old dried out rice and only old black beans. The meat containers are empty with dried meat in them. I spoke with a female manager and I asked her if anything here is fresh, mind you it’s 5:30 on a Friday, she told me I would have to wait, about 30 minutes. Most likely why I was the only guest in the building. Pretty sad, great location, this place should be slammed. I oversee a large group of restaurants, whoever your leaders are, they need some redirecting.

  Its been a year since I been here and so I decided to try this location again just to see how it is on off hours again (8-9ish). I got a bowl and the food was good. The people behind the counter were doing the best they could which is cool too. However, the seating area was mostly covered with spilled food and it looked unclean. I think there were not enough people behind the counter because I remember this place being on top of things. They ran out of guac and the cashier lady went in the fridge to get more. I would think that the person working the counter exclusively works the counter and there would be somebody with washed and gloved hands would handle that.
