- DDDavid4 days ago1.0Incredibly disappointed and let down with this location. I've never had a problem with portions at any chipotle but this one. Paid for double meat and I maybe got half a portion total. Asked for extra non-premiums like beans and lettuce and barely got any. Went back to the counter to ask for extra beans because I barely got any when already asking for extra and the woman on the line gave me a super tiny scoop in a plastic cup. Paid $30+ for two entrees and got enough to feed maybe a small child. Cashier seemed like he couldn't have cared less either, as he seemed irritated to have to look up from his phone and help me.

I paid extra for chipotle honey chicken & queso, but i barely received any. Maybe it was just the staff for today, but I will try my best to avoid this location and you should too.

The portions were extremely small, the service was poor, and the staff seemed bothered just to help customers. It did not feel welcoming or professional at all. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. Management really needs to step in, improve the service, and make sure customers are treated properly. ZERO STARS. DONT COME THIS LOCATION

The staff was too worried about talking to each other than the customers amd when they finally serve you u are rushed through with half spoon serving of everything as if they are saving it for themselves for later. Throw the whole location away!
