  First time going to this Chipotle in over a year, and honestly, it reminded me why I stopped coming. The experience was HORRIBLE from start to finish. The staff seemed completely unorganized and unsure of what came with a meal versus what did not. On top of that, they were speaking so quietly that it was hard to hear anything they were saying, which made ordering even more frustrating. The food itself was not even good enough to make up for the bad service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I do not plan on returning to this location.

  I raised concern to the line worker that the cheese he had put on my bowl looked like it had mold in it, but he sent me on my way saying he did not see any mold. I paid for my bowl, opened it up, and yes there was mold on the cheese plain as day. Chipotle support will not even talk to you on the chat without a receipt which I do not have. I cannot imagine all the people after me who might not have noticed and ate moldy cheese.

  Worst chipotle location by a long shot. Ordered a bowl and they were out of white rice (after about a minute or so of not responding to if there was more rice coming, she finally just went to the carryout station and got the white rice), wanted the honey chipotle chicken I've seen advertised everywhere out here (they had it in Phoenix last yr and I ate it 3-4x/wk, it's really good) but they where out and didn't have any being cooked, got a bottled coke but got dropped on the floor (was the only one in the fridge, tried to substitute fountain drink but fountain drink machine wasn't working, they went to the back and got one but was room temp so substituted for a cold bottled sprite), 90% of the tables were pretty dirty, and men's restroom was out of order. I'll be back to chipotle because I like it but will try to avoid this location in the future

  This place didn’t have half of their food options while selecting what i want for my burrito. terribly wrapped a burrito that i waited 20 minutes for while people were standing around in the back. Cherry on top- both bathrooms are out of order along with the fountain drink station.

  No wonder the 3 Stars. I'm an Uber delivery driver. Went to pick up an order around 9:45pm. 2 employees asked me for the name. I waited 10 minutes then I look over and see 3 employees all talking and not doing anything and the delivery bags right in front of them. At this time the restaurant was empty. There is no excuse for those bags to be back there, that is just making the customer wait. I had to ask one more time for someone to go and grab the bag while they were still talking.
