  This chipotle may be one of the worst in the country. I live close by so come here often and I debated on writing this review. Service is super slow but what’s even slower is the mobile orders. Many times I’ve had to wait up to 20 more minutes than my scheduled pick up time.

  Visited at 2120 on Aug 19th. Total of 6 employees in the place. 2 are working the line with 1 in the back while the other 3 are eating casually on their phones. Employees 100% need breaks and should have them. But 3 at the same time during a rush in front of the whole restaurant seems odd.

  The dining area is messy and unclean. Only one employee working at the front . Make me wait longer than what it should after she keeps talking with the customer in front of me! You could do better . 😓

  I stop in here during lunch sometimes, and I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I’ve never had an issue with the service, but I do have some concerns about cleanliness. On several occasions, I’ve seen food items being handled with bare hands without gloves. I’ve also noticed that the food dispensers and surrounding areas appear overdue for a thorough cleaning, with visible dust, fingerprints, and even hair. Some of the equipment visible inside the kitchen also looks like it could use a deep clean. I understand this location can get very busy, especially during lunch, but cleanliness and proper food-handling practices should still be a priority. I would come back, but I hope management puts more focus on maintaining a clean environment and consistent food-safety standards.

  This location needs to get their shit together. They’re always out of steak, and several other items. There’s one to two people running the line and the cash register, so the line takes forever. What should be a five minute wait easily turns into a 20 minute wait. They need to do better at being more prepared, and staying on top of restocks throughout the day. The location is also very dirty, all of the tables and chairs are always dirty and have food on them. They need to do better at keeping up with the Cleaning.
