5 stars the food tasted good. Atmosphere. The whole restaurant needed cleaning, dirty floors, tables and food prep counters. Employees didn’t give eye contact or say I’ll be right with you even though there were about 5 folks on staff. Very busy location that needs help during peak time.

Every Chipotle would be happy to have the problem that this location does. It is constantly crowded, the staff works hard, but they are chronically understaffed by two to three people. Every night they are constantly running out of food causing all sorts of issues on the line.
To be honest I do not blame the staff at all. However management really needs to work out the staffing situation here. Just tonight I had to pay for my food in advance before ordering because they ran out of both rice and chicken at the same time. Then by the time they finally processed my order I had to wait another 15 minutes before they would hand it to me.
A simple trip to Chipotle should not take 45 minutes out of my day. They need to figure out their systems and their SOPs and get this location running like a machine. It's clearly profitable with the amount of business they're generating, so let's get it in order and hire a few more people and make sure people show up to work.
So I picked up my order at 3:45 PM and arrived home by 4:00. When I opened the guacamole, it was already brown, and the chips were stale — again.
This Chipotle has been very hit or miss over the last few years, but lately it’s just been a miss consistently. Stale chips, brown guacamole, hard rice, and inconsistent portions every time.
Isn’t Chipotle supposed to be known for fresh food made daily? Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.
Very disappointed.

Bowl barely filled to the top, very sloppy, not enough product, they ripped me off for sure with this one. Night shift chips are terrible, in the morning my chips and bowl seem to appear better. Again, no salt, no lime on the chips, absolute garbage. -100/10

Listen, I go here quite often just because it is so close to me. But this chipotle consistently has some of the worst service I've had at chain restaurants. (1) If you want a burrito, not a single worker there knows how to competently wrap a burrito, (2) they are ALWAYS out of certain items like beans, chicken, and fajita veggies. There are usually a ton of people in the kitchen but they're all seemingly doing nothing, (3) almost 100% of the time there are no napkins or utensils by the drink station. It's genuinely such a poorly managed location, and it all comes down to their choice of personnel
