  Waited one-half hour to get through the line at this chipotle. They are either understaffed or have employees that cannot perform at an acceptable level. At one point they had the person who is the cashier on a normal basis, working the whole line. He was very slow which contributed to the problem. They had someone who appeared to be an assistant manager or lead who was very efficient but she worked the takeout section. Their “uber eats” section essentially cannibalized any capable worker for the people waiting in the restaurant. Waiting this long for chipotle is insane and normally I would have left a situation like this but my kids and I made a decision to wait it out. Obviously we had no idea it would be that long. When we finally did get our orders completed and sat down to eat, they had no ice for drinks. We mentioned it but they were slow to respond to that as well and we were not waiting any longer. We packed up and left at that point. We are done with this location and quite frankly I hope they go out of business so something better can come in. It is obvious their management and franchisee don’t care enough to put the necessary resources in the place to make this location run efficiently. As you can imagine this long wait at this location has happened to us on other occasions as well. Even my kids said they don’t won’t to go back to this chipotle. You would never classify this place as a quick service restaurant. PS, the tables are always dirty.

  Have gone to this location twice in the last week. First time we were told that there was a wait for the steak but “it was coming right out”, it never came right out. They took it from the order ahead station. The line was so messy, food everywhere. The employees that were “working” were complaining the whole entire time. One employee USED HER MOUTH to grab the foil she was wrapping another patrons burrito with. Our chips were stale. Queso was cold. Went again and the line was out the door. Multiple employees “working” but literally no one was doing anything. Everyone was just walking around aimlessly. Will not return to this location.

  There’s not a single time that I have been to this location without it being a chaotic mess. The workers customer service skills are completely lacking. The line is always a disaster covered in food. It’s disgusting. They are constantly out of chicken and steak during busy times. And then when I asked how long the wait is, the employees stare at you blankly and point to raw meat on the grill with no verbal response. I love chipotle and the food, but this location is terribly ran. Disappointing

  Probably one of worse Chipotle’s I have ever been to. You have one person making the bowls/burritos even during a rush while other members just stand around doing nothing. It makes no sense how a manager runs a place this way. The photo shows 1 person doing the food and 1 other person just standing there. I guess he just bags it while someone else cashes people out. Doesn’t seem efficient at all

  Every time I go to this place, there’s One person helping make the food and customers several other people standing around. Mostly at the cash register. I makes no sense to me, to see one guy helping a long line of people, meanwhile, two or three people are just standing there watching the long line get worse and this one porter person get all the pressure of making the food on The food is great, but the customer experience is lacking. They really need to find a new manager because most of this is operational and customer experience 101.
