- CCC2 days ago1.0Waited 20 mins past pick up time for my online order. The employee making the to go order completely screwed up everything. Was missing a lot, had to go back & she had the audacity to give me attitude. No apology or anything for having me wait more than 25 mins past my pick up time & messing up my order. Now the food quality! It’s so bad! Rice, beans, meat had no flavor. Chips taste old. If I could get my money back I would because we ended up tossing it all, $30 down the drain.

They “run out” of food everytime, they are so understaffed and have a line out the door, the wait times are crazy just to get told they don’t even have the food you want. If it was a one time occurrence fine, but it’s every time I go. It’s not a coincidence. Get your stuff together chipotle in south Tampa.
