I work in this plaza and eat at this chipotle regularly. I asked this girl if she could grab any employee to help me quickly show them their ice isn't working, forks are missing, and the lemonade drink was broken. And she completely dismissed my question. Then as I waited for someone to come no one did. So I had to wait in line to speak with her or anyone again. And she didn't even turn her head when I was standing 3 feet behind her asking her why she is ignoring me and not helping with their issue in the store or grabbing anyone like I asked 10 minutes prior. I was on my lunch break and lost 20 minutes waiting in 2 lines. They never resolved the lemonade not working, forks missing, or ice machine. And continued on as if I had never spoke to them. Incredibly rude and dismissive. Deserving of being removed if she cant handle speaking to a customer, grabbing another employee, or basic customer service. I spend around 80 - 120$ a week here. And I will never be returning due to those 2 female employees on the uber line at 6:50pm on August 23 2026 treating me like im not a customer and treating me incredibly poorly and rudely. Also was fun when my bag ripped open and food went everywhere when getting home and the food was all stuck to the lid as well as on my table. Missed eating like 30% of my meal. Awful Chipotle needs a manager who cares and employees that follow that manager.

The customer infront asked for chicken she said no can’t make any right now. The countertops were nasty and dirty where they put our bowls while prepping our food. Then as I’m eating my food there was something in my food! It looks like plastic not sure but tossed my food. Worst chipotle ever.
