  This location only, has gone down hill. Staff is terrible. Only one person that ever knows what they are doing. Throwing ur food together. Any chipotle but this one. Simplistic job is rocket science to these people.

  I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill recently and had a mixed experience. The service was good—the staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was handled quickly. However, the food presentation at the service counter didn’t give off a fresh or appealing vibe. Some of the ingredients looked like they had been sitting out for a while, which took away from the overall experience. On top of that, the work areas behind the counter seemed a bit dirty and could definitely use more attention. Overall, decent service, but the cleanliness and food presentation need improvement.

  Amazing lady I wish I got her name, totally saved my night had a order issue absolutely made my day. Amazing customer service genuinely turned my mood around. Thank you!

  Shelee the cashier was very disrespectful and not helpful. She didn’t assist her coworkers with a long line of customers. When I asked for my bag of chips she pointed at a bag that looked like it was sitting at the counter for hours. I asked for a fresh bag off the wall and with an attitude ahead threw the bag on the counter. Terrible experience I highly don’t recommend

  This location is terrible with portion sizes. Today as usual they scoop the protein up fast so that half of it falls off the scoop. When you ask for a little bit more protein, they want to charge you double. I called what appeared to be the manager out, making the orders and told him that it wasn't fair. He laughed and told the other workers that I'm a conspiracy theorist. I don't think it's smart or respectful to degrade your customers or make fun of them. I also don't think it's smart to skimp on your portions. It's not a conspiracy when everything in the store is recorded and you can easily see that you were scooping fast and half the protein fell off. I will also add that the store is constantly understaffed. Today everyone in line was waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes because only one person was working in the front. There was nobody on the grill and nobody on the cash register and nobody making to go orders.
