  Went to this location on a random Tuesday night at 11PM and to my surprise the food was soo fresh and soo delicious! Highly recommended, I will continue to make this my go to chipotle!

  Is Gaelynn the manager? She’s definitely a great one. If she isn’t, holy calmness. She handled every situation at the peak of lunch rush with grace and calmness. A gentleman’s burrito tore, she handled it, all while ringing in guest at the register, checks for accuracy, remains calm. I ordered 2 chicken bowls, one with bealls and whistles, one plain and modest for my son. I asked the assembly line for a side of cilantro lime sauce. They put it on top of the plain Jane one…. They offered to remake it, I declined and just wanted to leave. Gaelynn asked what the bowl was and remade it anyway. A boy came in to ask about hiring and she asked him to come back closer to 3 for the manager. So if she’s the manager, man she is awesome. If she is not the manager, she is definitely the type of person you would want in any customer service position for sure. Give the girl a raise. She definitely held down that store front today. Sorry if I misspelled the name but I think this is the name she told me. It’s not about issues or errors occurring in businesses bc it’s inevitable it will happen. But what stands out is how those situations are handled when they do arise. An employee who can remain calm under pressure, and who doesn’t take a complaint personally is one worth appreciating.

  This restaurant ran out of steak. I usually get a steak bowl with white rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. The young lady behind the counter wasn't paying full attention to me as the customer bc when I asked for the last 3(cheese, guacamole and lettuce), she only put lettuce on and put on the cover. She went from behind the counter to take care of another person and didn't listen to what I was wanting. She came back and finished putting the cheese first then the guacamole. I knew that wasn't gonna be good bc the guacamole would stick to the cover, which it did. I didn't get the girls name but she was blond and white. When you are 1 on 1 with a customer and handling their food, you have to pay attention to the customer and THEIR wants and needs. Im not faulting her for the restaurant running out of steak. I wasn't pleased with mainly the service at this location. I got chicken as a substitute to steak. The food is usually good with these restaurants. That young lady needs to slow down and pay attention to the customer when they are in front of her...not someone else.

  Worst chipotle around, sadly, I got my money back. . Tasted like leftovers (at best.) The workers seemed really nice tho and deserve to serve better food. It was really bad.

  the guacamole and food is always consistent in flavor. i only come to this location because ik the food is always consistent with flavor and taste. staff members are always nice when i come in! but some times the tables do have food on them. but other then that this is a good location to come to.
