  Scott Boatwright, please fix this location! Chipotle’s stock is down nearly 20% over the past year, and experiences at locations like this make it pretty easy to understand why. The first time I visited this location was about four years ago with my wife. The service was painfully slow, the tables were dirty, and the meat portions were so small that my chicken burrito was basically a veggie burrito. After that visit, my wife gave up on Chipotle completely. I still like Chipotle’s food, so I’ve continued coming here by myself occasionally. To Chipotle’s credit, the meat portions have improved significantly since then. Unfortunately, the two biggest problems at this location have not: the tables are still routinely dirty, and the service is still incredibly slow. My pattern with this restaurant has basically become the same every time: I come back, get reminded why I stopped coming here, and then don’t return for several months. Rinse and repeat. Today, October 1 at about 12:15 p.m., was another perfect example. This was right in the middle of the lunch rush, yet there seemed to be absolutely no sense of urgency. No acknowledgment that customers were waiting. No “I’ll be right with you.” The staff just seemed to have a ho-hum attitude while the line moved painfully slowly. On top of that, the lemonade dispensers were completely empty, with no sign or explanation. One bad visit happens. But this location has been consistently bad for roughly four years. That’s the real problem. Scott Boatwright, if anyone at Chipotle corporate actually reads these reviews: please fix this location. I like the food. I would come here more often. But this restaurant keeps giving me reasons not to.

  Thought I'd give it a try again but disappointed. Food quality is terrible... Steak was burnt and dry and the soft taco shell was crunchy and dry. I thought the soft taco shell was expired, no turns out it was the wrong kind and they didn't know it. They said sorry and remade it, but seemed annoyed at their own mistake. None of the front line team members smile, just did the bare minimum to hand out food. The restaurant is a mess... Water on the floor everywhere and the staff doesn't seem to care to pick up the trash on counter or floor. Awful. I will be telling people to avoid this location again.

  DO NOT EAT HERE ! chicken was nothing but fat, staff is miserable and the place is filthy . All drink containers empty. If they can't keep the customer area clean god knows what's going on in the back .

  It is September 11/2026 3:55 pm !!! Running out of steak , No napkins !!! Dirty tables!!! Really disappointed.

  I recommend this place for a quick bite to eat ! The staff are kind and friendly ! The food was pretty good and the atmosphere is really clean and nice !
