  The food is amazing, and it was nice and hot. Service was super fast, I was in and out in 2 minutes with my bowl, 2 bags of chips, side of guacamole, and drink. The workers are friendly, and everything is clean and organized. Ive been to tons of Chipotles across country and this one is the absolute best one ive been to.

  I picked up dinner for my family tonight, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Chipotle. Our order included 3 bowls, a burrito, and a quesadilla. Before I even made it home, I realized they had forgotten the burrito, so I had to turn around and drive back to the restaurant to get it. After finally getting home a second time and opening the rest of the order, I found that I had also been charged for guacamole, but it was missing from every meal. I called the restaurant, and the only solution offered was for me to drive back again for a refund or to pick up the missing guacamole. At that point, I had already made one unnecessary trip back and had been home for a while. It’s a 15-minute drive each way, and realistically, who wants to make a third trip because the restaurant couldn’t get the order right? I’ll have to deal with it tomorrow. To make matters even worse, none of the food was fresh. The rice was cold, the meat was cold, and the entire meal tasted like it had been sitting for quite some time before we picked it up. After all the extra driving and waiting, we still ended up eating cold food. And these little pieces or char that biting down on in every other bite of my food. 🙄 This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. I gave it another chance, hoping things would be better, but this was absolutely the last straw. Forgetting multiple items, charging customers for food they never receive, and serving cold meals is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again. Pics of food to show no guacamole and whatever the char piece I kept occasionally biting down on as I was able to get a decent size piece out my mouth (yuck).

  Dark skinned girl with start pimple patches and a dirty hat was super rude, she made several faces while making my food and started shaking her head during my order. I said sorry multiple times because I was obviously inconveniencing her at her food service job when I asked for food. I understand it was just two people on the line but they were not busy and she was extremely unwelcoming. I love this chipotle because there service is good , I will not be coming back here after seeing the atmosphere and service change.
