  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Matteo provided outstanding customer service! It was my first time ordering, and he took the time to patiently walk me through the entire process without making me feel rushed. He answered all of my questions, explained the menu, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made for a great experience. Employees like Matteo are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Felt like half that staff had an attitude, guac portions we’re literally a spoon full and the bowl I got was THE saltiest bowl I have ever had from a Chipotle will not be going to this location again.

  I have come to the chipotle several times and I continue asking myself why. It’s always understaffed and the staff seems to all hate their job. Come in today on what I’m assuming to be an extremely busy day due to the World Cup bogo and they literally had two staff members working the line. The line was almost out of the door. Always under prepared and under delivering on a good experience. Get it together.

  I ordered regular chicken through the app and was given Chipotle Chicken instead. When I brought it back, they replaced it—but somehow gave me Chipotle Chicken a second time. After returning to the counter again, I was told that I was wrong and that the order was correct. The frustrating part is that the app clearly shows the difference between the two chicken options. The Chipotle Chicken is visibly darker/orange in color, while the regular chicken is not. What I received looked exactly like the Chipotle Chicken shown in the app, and it tasted extremely spicy as well. There was no question that it was the wrong item. Instead of listening to the customer or taking a moment to verify the issue, the staff repeatedly insisted that I was mistaken. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was being unreasonable for pointing out an obvious error. Standing there being told I was wrong when the evidence was literally in front of us was incredibly frustrating. What makes this even worse is that this is not the first time this location has made this exact mistake. It has happened two other times before. In those instances, the issue was acknowledged and corrected. This time, however, the staff chose to argue instead of resolve the problem. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly making the same mistake, refusing to acknowledge it, and treating customers as if they don’t know what they ordered is unacceptable. I expect much better customer service and professionalism than what I experienced today.
