When placing an order on the mobile app it told me I was placing for 8465 W Hillsborough Ave. Once arrived, my order stated it was at 2551 N Dale Mabry Hwy. I did not select this location and was completely out of the way. I called the store to tell them my order was placed at the wrong location the woman on the phone completely brushed me off and told me the order was not there, as I was looking at the app stating the order was processed and ready for pick up. She told me I could call my bank for the charge and there was nothing she could do even after I confirmed the address with her. A couple minutes later, we called again and once again, brushed off and told there was no order as we were looking at the receipt. During the conversation the order completely dropped and no longer showed processing. They told us we needed to drive to the store and show them the receipt in person. We drove 20 mins to the store, upon arrival they asked we show them the receipt. They then asked us to show the charge in my bank account, we did. The woman told us “the charge SHOULDNT process” and that was it. The charge has processed on my card and we never received the food. The customer service was terrible and they had no desire to help.
