I have a baby at home, and decided to order delivery tonight at 4:55, at 6:45 I decided to cancel my order that was still being “processed”. Today took the cake when I had a 2 hour wait on an order. I called twice, and decided to cancel my order. I will never be going back to this location.

My daughters and I were here for lunch and a man approached us and started talking and the conversation became uncomfortable. Jonathan not only recognized what was happening, but he came over to check on us and stayed by us until the man got the hint. He then apologized, but he had nothing to be sorry for. Jonathan stepped up and we really felt protected. My girls were so grateful and also recognized how much it meant for him to take action. We see Jonathan working hard at this location a lot, but after this interaction, we will always look at him differently and be so grateful!

I requested a Cobb salad without bacon due to my sincerely held religious beliefs. Manager “Jordan” refused to accommodate this request, stating that because it was after 8 PM and the salads were pre-made, no modifications could be made. This refusal raises serious concerns regarding religious accommodation and customer rights. Dietary restrictions based on religion are not preferences, they are protected beliefs that businesses are expected to reasonably accommodate when possible. Removing bacon from a salad is a minimal and reasonable request. The handling of this situation demonstrated a lack of sensitivity, respect, and awareness. Being denied such a basic accommodation made me feel disregarded and discriminated against on the basis of my religion. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously. I also encourage this location to implement better training and policies to ensure that no other customer is placed in a similar position
