About

Fast Food RestaurantBurger JointCheckers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc
As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Extremely nasty! The beef tasted rotten. The coke was so flat and they had no ice for the drinks!!!!!! Never again

The service sucked. I was given a hot coke without ice and my food was room temperature except for the fries which were hot. I ordered the burger without mayo so they didn't put mustard or ketchup either. I ordered a #5 with an apple pie. The apple pie had a taste of dish soap. This must be the worst store they have and it use to be a great one. Its sad. What a waste of money. Don't go there for food.

My wife and I got burgers last night at 8:30pm. And we’re up all night with food poisoning. Not sure if it was the patty, or the lettuce.

There is something about consistency across companies and franchises that really elevate an experience. When I think of Checkers, I think of their infamous hot seasoned fries. Every time, it feels as if it they just came out of the fryer. Not today. They weren't even warm. I ordered a Medium classic cheeseburger (no pickles, no onion, no mayo) meal with a coke and a side of mozzarella sticks to try. I ordered at the walk-up window with 2 coworkers. The total I was charged was under $10 which set off an alarm because it should have been more. When I looked in my bag, I had gotten a burger with mayo, fries, and an apple pie. I did not say anything because I like apple pie anyway. The person who was taking care of the cooking, caught the cashier's error. I was then charged for an order of mozzarella sticks while they fixed my burger and got the sticks for me. I left when I got my bag because how could it continue to be a messed up order at this point? I got to work and when I opened my burger, it had no cheese. I do not eat burgers without cheese so I gave it away. I decided to just eat my fries and my mozzarella sticks, the cheese sticks were cold. So, even after "fixing" my order, it was still incorrect and the quality did not meet Checker's standards. Now I am in my office with cold fries and cold mozzarella sticks. Thank you to the employee that tried to catch the cashier's error, but the cashier needs more training or needs to be replaced with someone with basic cashier skills(I hate saying it because it is someone's livelihood). I opted for checkers when I initially wanted BK. I should have gone to BK. I didn't leave a 1-star because of the employee tending to the food and trying to also correct errors.

Recently went through the drive-thru for a small quick bite to hold me over till I got done with errands and got home. Somehow this place thinks that they're McDonald's or steak and shake, because their prices have gone through the roof, for the questionable quality of their food and the size of the items. I was told a small diet Coke was $3 and change and the smallest Burger they have, is now over $3.
