  The food is good but kitchen floor all dirty and table dirty and was no people eating,so no excuse we are the only one eating here.

  I came in this night and I was immediately welcomed by an outstanding team , the tall guy with tattoos was very nice and the guy with glasses cooking made the food amazing 10/10 recommend

  Complete disappointment! How is this place called Charley’s Cheesesteak without any MEAT on my sandwich!!!! The cheese was cold and not melted! There was little meat on my Philly . It was barely warm. Got the combo and upgraded to cheese fries but I questioned the cheese sauce as it was all chunky. We ordered wings and a couple minutes later, the staff member says they don’t have wings either? I am unsure how this place even operates or is still in business. Skimpy portions, overpriced and they clearly do not keep up with their inventory. I used to come here when they first opened but it has gone downhill! I can see why they were completely empty during lunchtime! Don’t waste your money. You’ll leave starving!

  Excellent customer service! They give your food quickly, and the food is GOODDDD! The restaurant itself is always clean, and the workers are great!
