  I came in and ordered a philly cheesesteak meal and was given a totally different order. The service was quick and the workers were nice so I don’t wanna be too mad but if I spend a lot of money I want everything to be normal. The food was undercooked and cold, and overall not a good experiences

  This location has really gone downhill. The past couple times I've gone to pick up food the door is locked and the person comes to the door as if they have no idea what you're there for! The last two times I ordered wings I pay for all flats and always get a mixture of drums and flats. I decided to try one more time and order all flats and not only did I get a mixture, they're so over cooked, they're inedible. It's too bad because I used to order from Charley's all the time but this was the last time.

  Yoan was simply amazing from the moment we walked in to when we left. He was very humble, great customer service. He was the only one working there when my husband and I stopped in. He took our order and cooked our food! He brought our order to our table and was very pleasant. We saw him working hard completing 4 more orders while we were there. Someone needs to give him a raise!
