  I placed an order through the Cava app on 7/2/26 for delivery, which typically runs through DoorDash. For some reason, my order was confirmed and then immediately cancelled by the DoorDash driver. I reached out to the restaurant, and the management and staff were outstanding. They asked me to resubmit the order through the app and assured me it would arrive within about 20 minutes. Sure enough, it showed up right at my door. This is the kind of customer service that’s disappearing in today’s world — proactive, genuine, and committed to making things right. Cava reminded me what great service actually looks like.

  My daughter and I went to this Cava and were blown away by the customer service that ALL the employees showed us. They smiled and were so kind. We had a rough day that day and they definitely made everything so much better. I have been to a lot of Cavas all around the United States for travel, and this is by far the best one! DJ, Jamario, and every employee there made us feel like family! I wish we lived closer but we will always make a stop here when we are in Tampa! Thank you!
