  At around 4:36 PM today I entered this CAVA location. Upon entering, the restaurant was EXTREMELY hot and humid. There was a woman in front of me in line who was placing an order with someone who appeared to be the manager, due to him wearing a button up polo shirt. He was skinny, wore glasses, and had curly shoulder length hair. He was completely disrespectful to the woman and rolled his eyes when she asked for extra garlic sauce stating that couldn’t be done. She kindly asked for it on the side and he also rudely declined. Once the woman left the ordering area he rolled his eyes and said “what an ugly [expletive].” Completely disrespectful and uncalled for. This needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY.

  My favorite Cava location! Staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is always consistent and top quality. I highly recommend this location!

  I had such a great experience at this CAVA location! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The food was delicious, as always. The whole experience was made even better by Roberto. Roberto was absolutely fantastic! He was so sweet, friendly, patient, and helpful. He took his time to help me with everything, let me try the red pepper hummus. His customer service was outstanding, and you can tell he really cares about making sure customers have a great experience. I highly recommend coming to this Cava location. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and Roberto truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back!

  the entire staff at this specific cava is sooo sweet. the service was fast and very friendly and management went above and beyond to make sure my order was fresh and up to standard. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area otw worth it!

  The food is always wonderful, but why does the AC not work? I feel so bad for the employees who have to work in that daily in Florida summer. I always order takeout and eat in my car because it’s awful sitting in that heat. I can’t imagine how the workers feel. The drinks from the cooler are also never cold. Maybe they are trying to save $ on electricity but not running AC or having a working drink cooler?
