  I get take out here weekly. I’m consistently impressed by the staff’s positivity and politeness. I want to give a special shout out to Christian who helped me out tonight (Fri 9:30P). He was efficient, friendly and cares about the quality of his work (even at the end of a shift!). Thanks for the great experience, Christian, see you next week!

  The working conditions in this establishment are unacceptable. I walked into the building and immediately started sweating because there is no air conditioning. In Florida heat, this is not okay, employees and customers deserve a safe and comfortable environment. The staff here deserve much better than this. I will be contacting corporate and whoever else is necessary until this issue is addressed and the air is fixed.

  It’s a decent Cava yet of all the Cava locations this one might have the worst costumer service yet maybe I just came on the wrong day and had bad luck with that . Been to this location 3 times . Could use some improvement on friendliness.

  This has to be the worst Cava location in Tampa. So much less busier than the location in Brandon and they never have your order ready when you get there. Always have to wait an additional 15 minutes because they never start the order until you’re there and then they give you an attitude. This place has no A/C either…

  The Assistant Manager, Tadriana Brown, was exceptional when it came to helping me with my large order of 20 bowls. She accommodated for me, and with the help of her amazing CAVA team, went above and beyond to fulfill my order. Nothing but great service and kindness. I recommend this location heavily.
