The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere, and they also have a lovely outdoor lounge area that is perfect for relaxing with a drink. I tried the lebneh, and it was full of flavor and the perfect texture The bread they serve is freshly made by a local bakery and you can really taste the difference. For me showstopper for me was the chocolate mousse . I can honestly say it was balanced had the perfect mouth feel and wasn't heavy. If you love espresso, like I do , make the trip just for the coffee. BYBLOS has its own special house blend, and their espresso drinks are smooth with a finish of coco flavor .I could drink this daily !! I tried the labnah and it was perfect.. The bread they serve is freshly made by a local bakery and you can really taste the difference. The real showstopper for me was the chocolate mousse I can honestly say it was the best chocolate I have ever had in my life!Anna was our server she made awesome suggestions ,she was fun and attentive! I highly recommend Byblos.I can't wait to come back! ps the smear of chocolate . on the desert plate was from my fiance not wanting to try the chocolate before the photo. The presebtion was better before 💖

The sumac potatoes were amazing, but the scallops were honestly a letdown. For the price, the presentation looked kind of messy and the flavor just wasn't there. I paid over $40 for 2 dishes and I didn't feel the quality of the food justified the cost.
