    I dined at Brio Italian Grille at International Plaza and was mistakenly charged for an additional order of lamb chops that I never received. To make matters worse, the restaurant was actually out of lamb chops, yet I was still charged for them. I didn’t notice the error until after I had paid, so I immediately contacted the restaurant. The manager acknowledged the mistake and told me it would be corrected. When I followed up the next day, I was told they had spoken with the General Manager, but now the refund had to come from corporate. As of my second call, the issue still had not been resolved. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. Customers should not have to spend multiple days making phone calls to get a refund for an item they never received—especially when the restaurant has already admitted the error. I expected much better customer service from Brio. Until this is resolved promptly, I cannot recommend this location.

    We had a wonderful experience at Brio today thanks to Reagan! She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, and what really stood out was how warm and thoughtful she was with my young daughter. She made us feel genuinely welcome, and her excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Reagan, for such a great dining experience.

    One of our favorite places for brunch. The food is always delicious and priced nicely. Their brunch menu has a variety of yummy options to choose from. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Service is always great. Pictures are of the items we ordered off the brunch menu. The potatoes were so amazing. Everything is always delicious.

    What an absolute joke. First we got a waitress that didn’t know anything about the menu and didn’t care to ask. Her response was, “honestly I don’t know.” Then we asked to her find out. Ugh. Next the protein was so small a toddler wouldn’t get full. A freaking joke. The service, the food, the place. A hot mess. Will never go back again. Only go if you want to fill up on filler laden pastas. Otherwise, a joke. I wish the menu told us how small the meat was. I would have then known to order more but after waiting so long for two slivers of meat, we decided to go to ocean prime to get meat.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at Brio! Our server, Vanessa, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her great service really made our visit enjoyable. We ordered the lasagna and the Pasta alla Vodka, and both dishes were delicious. The lasagna was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while the Pasta alla Vodka was creamy, well-seasoned, and absolutely satisfying. Overall, the food and service exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to have Vanessa as our server again!
