  It was lunch time and they were steady with customers, my order was taken promptly and they called my name in a timely manner and the employees were nice... my lunch was correct and good. 👍 Thank you.

  Person to check me out was rude. Demanding a tip. Complaining about having to drive from Sarasota for work. Through my food down on the countertop. This place is a block away from my roofing shop with and we have quite the volume of employees. I told them all and we are never coming back. Tables were dirty. Went into the bathroom to wash my hands. Recommend not using it as it stinks and didn't want touch anything. Soda station was sticky and covered in whatever it was. Tray was growing something. Gross! French fries were under cooked, my double beef and cheddar, not much cheese and when I asked for more I got attitude and she wanted more money. I left hungry as after it all I felt like I might get food poisoning. Bad bad bad

  I used to eat here once a week with my family - for some reason the place started to smell like sewage. Scanning through other reviews I see that others have noticed this and it's not just me. I've tried to pop my head in again a few times over the last two years and the smell is always there. There must be something wrong with the drains in the building. Not sure how comfortable I feel buying food that's prepared in a place that smells like sewer. Totally a bummer too - I love Arby's and the next one is really far to drive. I really wish they'd fix whatever this problem is.

  Well afer watching the cashier be absolutely rude towards an old fellow that was trying to get some sauce. She overtly treated him like an idiot because he wasn't able to name the kind of sauce he was looking for. I almost walked out then. But my friend had already ordered. Also after receiving my almost $6 mac n cheese I'd have to say I'm kind of let down more so with the attitude than the food. However also for $6 I don't think I've ever received a smaller less filled dish. This place likely won't be my pick next time sad to say. best of luck to you. I hope for whatever reason that you are having this kind of interaction with your customers smooths out, andI hope this behavior improves. I still love Arby's but I know about right now.
