  The employees are always so welcoming and helpful. Sometimes I don't know what I want so I ask them to order me their favorite drink. Always a good choice and fun since you don't know what you're going to get.

  My daughter and I ordered a couple drinks she found on Pinterest. They were really good! The staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions.

  Amazing! It was my first time here, and I couldn’t have had a more amazing experience. I wish I caught her name. But the lovely girl who was helping me out today, so sweet. Reppin’ NY!!

  I had a pretty uncomfortable experience here. I ordered a large, but was given a medium. When I brought it up, she told me it was rung up as a medium. I understand mistakes happen, but instead of trying to fix it, she just dismissed what I was saying. I wouldn’t lie about something like that, and I would have had no problem paying the difference for the large. The whole interaction made me feel awkward and brushed off. On top of that, when I asked if she could throw something away for me, she said “sure” while rolling her eyes, which was honestly pretty rude. What kind of customer service is this? They really need to work on how they treat customers.

  literally JUST went to 7brew and the lady taking my order was rude as hell. i usually get great service here and love the atmosphere but today i pulled up and was aggressively pointed to the other lane. then i asked for a special drink she immediately gave me a passive aggressive attitude making me feel like an idiot for not ordering correctly?? i gave no reason for her to have that tone towards me. my friend and i talked about it in the car confused as to why she did that then the lady walked past us and started whispering to the other employee and they CLEARLY made eye contact with us. she probably heard us talking but idgaf literally so rude for absolutely no reason.
