  The girl who took my order was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude. Also, we were supposed to get the collectible cups free with the Franken chai drinks and we did not receive our complementary cups. I asked if my QR code for points went through and she showed me her tablet as if I know what I’m looking at and didn’t say anything and rolled her eyes and seemed very put out on having to take my order. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this kind of behavior at this location.

  Was not very happy with our drink. We asked for a frozen coffee drink and was given iced then we were supposed to get replacement and it tasted exactly the same. Was our first time trying and don't think we will be back unfortunately. Do not recommend

  The best coffee place in town. It’s absolutely ruined Dunkin’ Donuts and other large coffee shop brands for me. The drinks are always perfectly crafted and the employees are friendly and helpful. Fast service too 😌

  There’s been two separate times that I’ve been to this location and had an awful experience. The first time a few weeks ago I assumed was a one off but this time sent me over the edge. I love 7 brew and all of the options they provide but they made my coffee wrong this last time and the server didn’t even know that they had a sugar free pumpkin. Last time I came I waited in line for 35 minutes and was brought the wrong order 2 separate times. I’m sad that I won’t be coming back to this location until they figure out a better system :/

  Unfortunately, we had a pretty disappointing experience. We drove about 30 minutes to try the sugar-free Pumpkin Blondie with almond milk and ordered three of them. The first three appeared to be made with regular milk instead of almond milk, so we asked if they could be remade. When we got the remakes, all three tasted mostly like almond milk with a little coffee and had basically no pumpkin flavor at all. We didn’t want to ask for them to be remade a third time because the employees seemed annoyed when we brought the issue up, so we ended up just leaving with three drinks we didn’t enjoy. I understand mistakes happen, but after having the same issue with all three drinks and then the remakes still not tasting like what we ordered, it was disappointing, especially after driving 30 minutes. Since this is the only location in the Tampa area, I’d just recommend double-checking your drinks before leaving.
