  The food was good and sitting outside was pleasant even though it rained. The view outside is also pretty. The waitress was attentive and friendly.

  This was the best tasting, highest quality food I’ve had in a restaurant. The staff and service are top tier, and the food is the best you’ll taste in Florida. I cannot believe I waited so long to try The View as I complained there were no good restaurants near me. Definitely try the Japanese sweet potatoes!

  You can’t ask for better than this on a Saturday afternoon, barring being in a high end luxury hotel/restaurant! The serene ambiance of the golf course view, the inviting and unrushed atmosphere, an Amazing Staff, in particular Renee, topped with the delicious food is enough to give 100 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have been coming to The View at Colony West for about 3 years, and I must say, while most places get sloppy, and the food quality becomes unpalatable, The View at Colony West has only improved their menu selection, and service across the board! I cannot recommend this piece of paradise enough!!!

  I’m from nj stopped in with my dad just for a quick drink and bite to eat, I order an espresso martini it was disgusting and didn’t have 3 coffee beans (iykyk) we were there at 430 and happy hour was 3-6pm and they were out of pretty much everything on the happy hour menu .. truffle fries were under done and the Parmesan wasn’t even melted, the spinach and artichoke dip was good, chips had some seasoning I didn’t care for. I was not very impressed. Nonetheless the bartender (older gentleman) unsure of his name was not pleasant at all, said we don’t have coffee beans but the drink was good which I completely disagreed with, I’ve had many good espresso martinis in my life. My dad had a not so great experience before but figured we were only going for a drink and a couple picky foods. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time. I was under the impression it was a nice view in which you couldn’t really see much of a view from the bar/restaurant area. Not even the bathroom was that clean. I sent photo of drink to my friend and she asked me if it was Yoo-hoo 🤣🤣🤣

  Renee is a excellent waitress, she served all of our needs, and told about the History ot the restaurant and building, she told us of the UPCOMING EVENTS DAILY, WHICH WAS VERy interesting and helpful, she very good 👍.
