    Muy decepcionante la experiencia en Nahuen Bakery de Tamarac durante el Día del Padre. La falta de personal era evidente y la desorganización fue total. Las filas avanzaban muy lentamente y nadie parecía estar coordinando la atención a los clientes. Lo peor fue la actitud de la persona encargada de despachar la carne: extremadamente malcriado, poco amable y con una actitud pedante que hizo sentir incómodos a varios clientes. Entiendo que en fechas especiales haya más trabajo, pero eso no justifica tratar a las personas con falta de respeto. Un lugar con buenos productos debería cuidar mucho más el servicio al cliente y la organización, especialmente en días tan concurridos.

    Soy cliente de Milanos desde hace 12 años. Una pena como bajó la calidad desde que se volvió Nahuen. Hoy pedimos la parrilla de siempre, y después de esperar UNA HORA, tuve que pararme e ir a ver que pasaba. Cuando por fin llegó, la trajeron sin plato para comerla y tuve que volver a levantarme para pedirlo y yo misma traerlo a mi mesa mientras la comida se enfriaba. La parrilla bajó la calidad y subió de precio, cambiaron una de las carnes por pollo y el otro pedazo de carne vino quemado. La gente de la mesa de al lado, también se quejó a una de las meseras nuevas indicando que llevaban esperando 45 minutos por una milanesa. Y cuando otros clientes quisieron comprar empanadas, les indicaron que no había. Se entiende que pueda haber algún problema, pero en ningún momento nadie explicó nada o por lo menos se disculpó. Mal servicio, y una pena porque amamos milanos y su comida, pero el nuevo servicio esta dejando mucho que desear.

    One of my favorite places to enjoy authentic Argentine food is Nahuen. As a manager, I truly appreciate businesses that strive for excellence, and Nahuen in Tamarac consistently delivers a wonderful experience. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite like their delicious empanadas or a full meal such as the Milanesa Napolitana one of my personal favorites you can always count on fresh, flavorful food and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s also the perfect place to stop by for a coffee with traditional Argentine facturas or to enjoy a relaxing weekend breakfast with family and friends. The restaurant has a warm, family friendly environment that makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. What keeps my husband and me coming back regularly, however, is not only the food but also the exceptional service. I would especially like to recognize Jennifer, who greets us with a genuine smile every time we visit. Jennifer consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, comfortable, and at home. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly outstanding. Jennifer embodies what great customer service should be. Every restaurant would be fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, Jennifer, for always making us feel welcome and giving us yet another reason to return. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and it makes a lasting difference in the experience of your customers. Highly recommend I give this place 100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Today we went in for breakfast and were disappointed to find that everything had changed. We placed our order and requested hash browns, but when our food arrived, we received a ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant instead. Usually, our order includes a coffee and a small orange juice, but neither was provided this time. We were also looking forward to the small breakfast sandwich that was available just two weeks ago at a great price, but it has been removed from the menu and replaced with a larger, more expensive option I also ask for loaf of the baguette to go and the lady who took my order didn’t understand what I was talking about she had to ask someone to help her understand it. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing compared to our previous experiences.

    For the past several months, we have been coming here regularly for breakfast and have always looked forward to our weekend visits. Unfortunately, our experience yesterday was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service. The fresh-squeezed orange juice, which is usually one of our favorite items, tasted very sour and unpleasant. When a server brought our café con leche, we politely mentioned the issue. Instead of addressing our concern, she was rude and dismissive, telling us that we needed to speak with the employee at the counter. The employee from the counter then came to our table and was equally dismissive. She simply stated that “all the oranges in the machine are the same” and offered no solution whatsoever. There was no apology, no offer to replace the juice, and no refund or alternative beverage suggested. She simply walked away. To make matters worse, the toasted bread we ordered and paid for arrived extremely burnt. What disappointed us most was not the food itself, but the way our concerns were handled. Customer service should be a priority for every guest, especially when something is clearly not right. A simple apology and an effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way. Sadly, after this experience, they have lost our weekend business. We will not be returning because of how rude and dismissive the staff were. Whether customers visit weekly or are there for the first time, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
