  Paid for a iced coffee refused to look at my receipt or credit card charge. Sad I got robbed at a McDonald's

  The reason I am giving 2 stars is that their ice cream machine is always broken or closed when I come after 1 am or 2 am. They lie to my face about it every single time. This Mcdonalds is good I always buy from here so don’t get me wrong. But they lie to me on my face when they say its broken or being closed. It can be closed or broken one night. BUT HOW COME IT IS CLOSED OR BROKEN EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME AND I COME TO THIS MCDONALDS A LOT. Also, you can tell me that the ice cream machine is closed when you accept my order. You accept my order and make me wait in line and then tell me that ice cream machine is broken when I come up to the window. That is not fair at all!! I hope some action is taken after this review.

  The ice cream wasn’t presentable, it wasn’t white. The ice cream machine needs to be cleaned. I know how McDonald’s ice cream usually looks. I just waste $1.61 cents because it didn’t look and taste good.

  It is my estimation that the staff feels nothing but contempt for their customers (i.e., in all fairness—pertaining to the afternoon and evening staff: I don't find my impression of this dynamic—valid—in regards to the morning staff. They have always been nice.) . I don't know if there is any commonality, or correlation of characteristics amongst the clientele—in particular—which breeds this type of response. . However, I really do not need to worry about the WHY.. . That's McDonald's problem.

  Gave me burnt cookies 3 times. Explained they were hard and overcooked I asked for 3 more they gave me more burned cookies. I asked for hot fresh cookies and they placed the burned cookies in a microwave and gave them to me again. I’m sure it only takes 2-5 minutes to make fresh cookies instead of reselling overcooked cookies after asking multiple times for soft warm cookies.
