I understand that expectations for a fast food location should differ from a restaurant, but poor customer service is poor customer service no matter the business. Tonight, for example, (Thursday October 29, 2026, at around 9:11 PM, order #53) I ordered a McDouble with no ketchup. When I paid and looked at the receipt, I noticed that it did not say "no ketchup", so when I mentioned it to the girl handing me my food, she snapped at me, saying, "Well, did you tell him no ketchup?" I told her "yes," and she turned around and yelled out to the person who took the order "Did he tell you no ketchup?", to which he promptly yelled back, "No". They were both wearing headsets, so they both heard me verbally ask for no ketchup when I ordered. The girl literally snatched the bag out of my hand like she was reprimanding her own small child, rolled her eyes, audibly huffed, and yelled out "I need a McDouble with no ketchup!" with such a horrendous attitude as if to publicly shame me to everyone inside the store. But it doesn't end there. I was inside the store yesterday evening, and though I used the automated kiosk, as I was waiting for my food, a man came inside and went to the front counter to order his food. The employee on duty didn't greet him, She just snapped at him, "you need to hold on a minute" in a viciously rude tone of voice, even though the man had not said a single word; and when the employee came to take his order, she didn't greet him, or ask what he wanted to order--she just silently glared at him, blinking, as of to say "what the hell do you want?" The amount of negative and confrontational attitude that comes out of these employees is unreal, not to mention insulting. Like how dare they have to do their jobs; how dare they have to treat customers like human beings? This entire store should be re-staffed, including management, because the negative instances I could recount over the past few years are much too plentiful to post here. This location is closest to my home, which is why I come here, but almost every time I do, I wish that I hadn't. But I like McDonald's food, so I shouldn't have to feel regretful every time I give them my money. But I do. And no one at this location will ever care about the employees treating customers like they are less than human simply because they are being made to do the jobs they are being paid to do.
