  I’m so confused. It says store closes at 9pm online. I arrive at 6:30pm and doors are locked. Update the closing time I just wasted my time coming.

  Came here to pick up an online order, I told the old guy at the register my name twice. Before I could finish he cut me off twice. I proceeded to place another order for a sub for my husband, he once again cut me off. At point he seemed impatient, I just grab my online order and walked out.

  Delivery was freaky slow with no ability to track since I ordered "as a guest". Food arrived. It was so light i thought he forgot the sandwich. When did Jimmy John's start cutting their sandwich sizes literally in half? Never again. When you've ordered the same thing for nearly 10 years and then you order one day and the sandwich is half the size, that's robbery. My expectations are that I was going to get a full size Jimmy John's sub but I got half the size of. You guys literally stole money from me. I can't return it when my delivery order already paid for it. If I was sitting in the shop watching them make it, I would have walked out before they finished... as soon as I saw the bread, I would say never mind. I think you guys know that it's the fact when people deliver so you screw them
