  Not a pleasent experience for being brand new location. I arrived on Saturday May 9th and placed my order at 6:55pm the woman that took my order over the drive thru had an attitude being short and dismissive when I inquired about the $6 meal deal ans if a protien iced latte is allowed. She answered with a sharp no. Following i inquired if I can have 3 fruit punch donuts she responded sharp with "we dont have any more". After I gave my order she didnt repeat it back to me and just said "pull forward". She didnt advise me the cost either. I pulled up to the window. No one present. All employees taskin but no customers inside and I was the only one in the drive thru. No one came to collect my payment or advise me that it will be a minute. I have 3 bacon egg and cheese croissants, with three orders of hash browns and three chocolate frosted donuts. When i arrived to the window at 6:55pm no one made eye contact and ignored my presence at the window. At 7:03 my payment still not collected, no acknowledgement from the staff whatsoever ever. I was tempted to drive off as my expectaions were higher being that it's a new established Dunkin Donuts. I remained at the window till 7:05pm is when a gentleman came to the window to collect my payment and hand over my order. ( We did a total of 10 minutes at the drive through window with no other cars in front of me and no cars behind me.In addition to no customers in the establishment) I kindly asked the gentleman to repeat my order back to me to make sure they had the right one and you process my payment. At no point in time Was there an apology for the lack of acknowledgment or the Wait amungst ignoring of my presence at the window. Not the best first impression, I will not let it keep me from giving this location another chance. But I do suggest the owners of this franchise to use this review as a coaching lesson to their staff.

  New, but control the flies in the donuts area, should be flies free.

  Took out a dozen donuts 🍩 from the new Dunkin in Tamarac. They did not have the largest selection 🙄, but all the donuts 🍩 🍩 were fresh and good tasting 😋. Staff were friendly and location was clean 💯. Would definitely return again 👌. :)
