  Came here and ordered an iced chai. When it was handed to me there was coconut syrup add ons and I had mentioned I may have the wrong order. The boy mentioned that’s what it comes with and looked at me like I was the issue. Never in my life have I had a chai with coconut syrup with it and I’m 100% sure they had it wrong. Terrible service.

  Please advise why, on a consistent basis, this location is unable to provide hot coffee and hot food around 9:00 AM and again around 5:00 PM. For a brand-new location, I find this extremely disappointing. If the restaurant advertises that it opens at 4:00 AM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to order the items listed on the menu shortly after opening. Why is it that I am unable to order hot food or even hot coffee at approximately 4:30 AM? This has happened repeatedly, and it gives the impression that the location is either severely understaffed, poorly managed, or simply not prepared to operate during its advertised hours. I understand that occasional equipment or staffing issues can happen, but this appears to be a recurring problem. Please explain what is causing these issues and what is being done to correct them. Customers should not have to repeatedly visit a newly opened location only to find that basic menu items are unavailable during normal operating hours. I would appreciate a response and an explanation from management regarding what is going on at this location.
