Was asking a gentleman and he raised he hand didnt really acknowledge me and kept on walking towards the drinks. At least say im sorry one moment be right with you. Even people standing there was like wow.

We arrive promptly at 0630 when they open so we can get to school on time, however this location is never open at 0630. They don’t come out to move the drive thru cones until minute 32-34 and then when you get to the window to place your order it’s another five before someone puts on the headset to take the order. I held off from posting this review as we started this last year when the location reopened. We wanted to have grace as I’m sure it was a new crew and routine however it has continued into this year as well. It is incredibly frustrating! We did find a new location between our home and school but do hope they are able to sort out the inconsistencies.

I think her name was Rhianna, based on what I read on her uniform. I found her attitude toward customers to be quite rude and unprofessional. On several occasions, I noticed she had an arrogant and unfriendly attitude, including the way she looked at people and responded to them, which made the experience uncomfortable. I believe that someone in a leadership position should convey respect, kindness, and a positive attitude toward customers. I hope you can take this into account and work on improving customer service.

Cars who placed their order after me, are getting to the window before me. You guys need to desperately open the second lane back up and get rid of the merging, it’s not working.
