Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- KTK. T.3 days ago1.0I was looking to enjoy a delicious meal from Whataburger as I travel back through Tallahassee.. NO Whataburgers in the city that I now live. I was very disappointed with my food! I asked for fresh hot fries, no salt. They gave me fries with salt and a few hot fries on top(someone fooled me), but lukewarm to almost cold for the remaining fries. I asked for a cooked to order burger and it was lukewarm at best, and extra tomatoes- they gave me two very small tomatoes. The Cashier had a bad attitude, and acted offended when I asked her to fill my tea all the way to the top! Why do many of these fast food restaurants act like they are doing you a favor for ordering from them! Their prices are so high now! The workers hourly pay went up and caused fast food cost to skyrocket ( and that's another reason that inflation continues to rise), but the customer service went way down! So many nasty acting employees working in fast food, now. I have gotten to the point that I seldom eat fast food, anymore, but when I occasionally do, they could at least fix my order like I want it! No one was in the drive thru except me, not busy at all. Why is that so hard!

- KDkim dillonMay 9, 20263.0We stopped by on a road trip for lunch. We went through the drive through. Employee were friendly. Originally we wanted the grilled chicken melt. This location does not offer that. It would be easy for them to make as it's just the bun, grilled chicken, white cheese melted and grilled peppers and onion. It is available on other Whataburger menus. We ended up with patty melts, a kids chicken tender meal, and an apple pie. We were asked to pull forward which we glady did thinking our food would be hot and fresh. The chicken and fries weren't hot or fresh. The patty melts were good as usual. The highlight of the meal was the hot apple pie. That was hot and fresh. We would eat here again but would modify our order.

- MRMiron RichardsonApr 20, 20261.0With what appeared to be a full-staff when I arrived at the window, I’m curious as to what took so long to get my order thru the drive thru. After 18 minutes, I called to inquire of the hold up, and miraculously, the line moved four cars in 3 minutes. Word of advice: Call and the line will move at lightening speed. 🙄
