  Literally 1 car in front of me, tell me what it always takes 30-40 minutes to get a meal. Y'all need to get better employees

  The employees obviously seem to hate their job and the customers who visit this location. Having worked in the service and hospitality industry I know it may seem like a thankless job at times. A true grind to endure. However, the employees working the 4th of July were absolutely dismal and rude. No greeting, just rude eye contact followed by a long period of being ignored. We just turned and walked out. The brand was not represented well at all.

  Subject: Outstanding Service from Tarika – North Monroe Street Location ​I am writing to commend an employee named Tarika at the Whataburger on North Main Road. ​I recently visited this location, and while there were several issues with my order—including cold fries, an issue with the drink machine, and an allergen concern regarding cheese on my burger—Tarika provided absolutely exceptional service. ​She took full ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. She walked out to my car five separate times to ensure that my order was corrected and handled perfectly. Her dedication, patience, and commitment to customer service are truly rare. ​Tarika is an outstanding employee who clearly cares about her customers. She deserves recognition for the way she handled these challenges. Thank you, Tarika, for your hard work and for taking such great care of me.

  I love Whataburger and was really looking forward to it before heading north where there are no Whataburgers. This location indicated on a billboard on I-10 that buses were welcome. We took the exit thinking if buses are welcome we could fit our truck and trailer in the parking lot only to pull up to see that there was NO WAY a bus or our rig would fit in that lot. Needless to say, we avoided getting stuck and had to turn around in the mall parking lot across the street to get back on the interstate. Please update that sign, that puts big vehicles in a very challenging spot.

  The bathroom had feces on the floor and blood in the sink. One ive machine station did not work and the other had mold visible on the dispenser. The staff were rude, and made my order wrong. This is not my first experience like this at this location.
