    I’ve looked at some of the other reviews for this location and was surprised about the low rating. My recent experience was great! Looks like this location is under new ownership/management and most of the rating date back to the previous owners.

    I don’t usually write reviews so you know it’s bad. So, upon entering the restaurant, there was no greeting from the staff (not a big deal for me at the time) but looking back, that’s 0 stars for a welcoming environment. Beyond that, after ordering (a wrap & smoothie) I received my smoothie first and as I grabbed my straw I noticed this dirty water bucket placed right by the straws— which is definitely unsanitary (I planned to mention this to the associates after receiving my food, but you can see the photo attached for this). But wait, it gets worse!! As I’m waiting for my food, I see the woman in the back (who is making the wraps/food) pulling out her phone. She had her hair in a ponytail with two hanging bangs— to which I saw her swipe from her face with the same gloves she used to make the person’s sandwich before me (super disgusting and unsanitary, once again) No hair nets in site from anyone in the store (still didn’t say anything) and as I saw her make what she thought was going to be the sandwich I ate, again she was pulling out her phone and swiping her curtains bangs from her face during this. As she began to put my wrap in the toaster, I stopped her and told her that she needs to remake it completely, the right way because I saw her being unsanitary (I was very polite about it & she didn’t hesitate to remake it, cool) Fast forward, she remade the sandwich as I watched her like a hawk and as she was taking it out the toaster it fell on the ground. So now, this is the third remake… not sure if she started sleeping walking by then, but during this remake my wrap (buffalo chicken) was cold, almost as if she sat it in the toaster but never turned it on. I requested a refund which came with a slight hassle. She wanted to take my number down because allegedly she could not do the refund from the register herself. But here’s the kicker, when I asked for a manager to help she told me she was “the manager” … if anybody can point me to “manager” who digs in their back pocket for their phone & moves their hair from the face while making customers’ food, and cannot override a simple refund without reaching out to someone else—please report them. That is not normal. She told me her name was Vivian— not sure if this is fully true, but if so, she definitely needs to be retrained and demoted from manager.

    Espcecially recently, this location is amazing!! The customer service has been great and the food and smoothies Ive gotten have been fresh and quick.

    Food is always fresh, one of the few fast food places I still frequent . Atmosphere in the store is noisy with the blenders, so not good for a quiet conversation.
