  I came in to pick up an order that was supposed to be picked up at 5:00. So when I walked in to pick up my order and the cashier handed me the food, the food was cold. I asked when the food was made, and he said he had to ask. From what looks like the Manager who walked from the back of the store was completely rude when I asked when the food was made and acted like I was wasting her time. She explained to me that they dont get a notification when they get the order, and I need to call in ahead of time to have it made to that time. For a store that wasnt even busy, it was completely a bad experience.

  Why the hell do you need a coded door to use a restroom. Also the restroom is single use and is over sized. Huge waste of space corporate 😑

  2 things: I want a steak bowl instead of a chicken bowl. I am required to order at the kiosk. They have a Swap button on the chicken bowl, but I cannot Swap for steak. I have to pay extra for steak, and did not get the cost of the chicken removed. Thus is simply a programming choice in the kiosk to rip off your customers and be able to use the chicken I paid for on another food item and then charge that person for chicken again! Thievery. Second thing: I understand staff will 'accidentally' lock one of the bathroom doors, so they don't have to use the same one as the general public (still questionable), but don't use the handicapped bathroom for this, use the other one.

  The prices go up and the portions down. Not worth the price for the size and quantity of the food. The walmart next to it has a food truck that is a far better value.

  I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR SOMETHING AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT. SO THEN I CALL TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS OR WAS ON SHIFT AT 4PM TODAY (FEBRUARY 27th) WAS BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL…. It’s just sad because I literally was just passing through I’m from Miami and I just pulled off the interstate to get some food, on my way to Louisiana, and like really TALLAHASSEE????? This how yall treat your customers ??? Just beyond aggravated… I didn’t even eat my food…I threw it away. Money just in the trash over people who don’t pay attention… or just lazy or whatever…. Definitely will NEVER not even to just stop to get gas in Tallahassee.
