  The worker I was trying to call kept on hanging up on me and calling me disrespectful even though I just had a question and he proceeded to hang up on me and when I tried to call back, he called me boy and called me disrespectful except he miss gendered me. I identify as he her she dog, and I am very offended that he miss gendered me and called me disrespectful so that is why I’m leaving one star

  They do not have accurate hours, their employees decide to close early with no explanation, and when they are there the employees are overly aggressive for no reason. I have never had a drive-thru employee. Try to fight me through the window until the other night

  Got my burritos completely wrong and while waiting behind all the door dashers to order we saw a small roach climbing on the wall behind the cash registers as all the employees ignored it

  actually awful worst customer service I’ve ever seen. gave an attitude for no reason. didn’t have any fries and told me they’re gonna substitute for a cinnamon twist which are two dollars cheaper and I paid four dollars for the fries.this is bs

  wish i could give -5 stars. these employees literally let someone steal my order that i had been expecting for over 3 hours and the continuously told the people picking up my food it would be ready soon... leaving everyone in a limbo for HOURS. please do urself a favor and if ur ordering it even going through a drive through never stop at this location. literally would rather drive five hours then ever order form this location ever again.
