    Ordered twice and both times forgot to put any of my sauces on the sub. It says it right there on the receipt too. Never ordering from here again.

    I just had THE worst experience at the Mill Creek Rd location because of an immature, unprofessional, and unhinged employee who escalated to yelling and name calling because I questioned my total (Without an ounce of attitude.) I purchased this exact meal earlier this week and it was a few DOLLARS cheaper at another location. Mind you, she was not the employee that I gave my money to. When I made the inquiry, the rude girl/lady leaned OVER the employee that had my money to say we all have different prices. I said ok, that's fine, continue. She got an attitude and told the other young lady "Naw give her her money back!" I said that's fine too and leaned forward to get the money back. The whole while the rude girl was still going on and on and had the nerve to "try" and say Happy Juneteenth in a patronizing way. Since she was stubbling over her words, I finished her sentence and said Happy Juneteenth to you too. She called me a colorful name as she slammed the window. She saw me lift my phone up for a picture and turned around. I pulled off and paused in the lot to check the photo. This woman had the nerve to come outside on the phone talking to check my plate. I didn't pull off. I let her. I'd love to know if she was lying to her manager or the police. Ridiculous. The irony of this whole situation is that the actual cashier that I was asking the question to didn't get to finish her sentence before the rude girl inserted herself. She was attempting to provide the service, but was basically railroaded by her coworker. I was never rude because poor customer service is my pet peeve. I was fine with paying the funds because I was ready to get home, but definitely will question whenever I think something is out of sorts with my money. I'd actually talked my bff into going here and she was two cars ahead of me and listened in via the car. She is still trying to understand what happened. I would have called the store to speak to a managerbor owner, but considering she was standing outside on the phone I can't imagine one was on duty. I would have loved to speak to him or her personally. (Still would.) I have hired and fired dozens of people in my line of work (HR and Workforce Development) and would never in a million years consider somebody with this lack of emotional regulation fit to work in a people facing capacity.

    Workers here were beyond helpful. Never had such positive energy in a Subway before. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my sub, I decided I would eat it inside. I was feeling a bit parched and went up to the counter to ask for a water cup…but I never got the chance. The manager somehow read my mind and handed me one before I said a word. The customer service here is on another level. At this point, I’m convinced if my sandwich needed extra mayo, it would just materialize before I even realized I wanted it.

    First, the food was good! But even more important were the 2 ladies serving everyone. There was a very needy customer in front of us and a long line behind us. They worked as fast as they could while at the same time accommodating the needy customer in front of us with kindness and patience. Well done ladies 👏
