  The food was good, but the service was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and checked in, but still waited about 10 minutes past the scheduled ready time. We pressed the button to ask about our order, and when we said we had a mobile order, the employee responded, ‘Yeah, we have five. You’re going to have to be more specific,’ in an exasperated tone. We had two young kids in the car, and the delay was long enough that our toddler fell asleep before the food arrived. The food itself was good, but the customer service made what should have been a quick stop much more frustrating.

  Place a mobile order at 931 received the wrong food at 10 did not leave till 1040 , it’s called fast food for a reason. If I wanted to wait an hour for average food and below average service I’d go to applebees.

  I normally don’t come to this location because of customer service in the past but tonight was different. The GM Alicia brought my food out she was very polite customer service was 10/10 she made sure everything was in my bags and the food was fresh. I will definitely come back on her shift because of her. Thanks Alicia!

  This location is very RUDE! Everytime I come here, the customer service just sucks. They act like they don’t want to be at work!
