  My order was cancelled. I was never informed. We have been waiting almost two hours. I figured maybe they were busy on a holiday. I called and was transferred to customer service. The order was repeated. I got my order promptly but wasn't correct. I paid extra for a pan pizza that I never received. I love Pizza Hut over Domino's but at this point since they're both closer I may start going to Domino's. They have messed my order up to many times.

  Very disappointed with my experience. There was only one person in the entire restaurant, yet my order was still delayed. My food was supposed to be ready at 11:51, but when I arrived, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I understand delays can happen, but with no crowd or rush, I expected better timing. Hopefully service improves in the future.

  I order a takeout order and the guy making my order made a slight mistake but he easily fixed the mistake and let me keep the personal pizza he made a mistake on. 5 star service I will be back.

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Azari. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Azari went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and prepared quickly, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Her customer service skills really stood out she was patient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear that Azari takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Employees like Azari make a big difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service I received. Highly recommend!
