  Ordered my food and advanced and it was done before I got there. But once I arrived, there was nobody at the front counter, and I was waiting for a good 5 minutes. And somebody came out to the counter and didn't say a word and went back. They didn't even speak to me.And they saw I was standing there with two small children by myself. Customer service here is none existent. I even tried to call afterwards to say something to the manager and I immediately got put on, hold doing that as well. I cannot believe a place like this is still in business.When their employees act that way.

  They do not believe in quality control at this place. The food is either overcooked, Undercooked, Or uncut. I’ve left an email, I’ve done surveys and do you think a manager tried to rectify the situation? If you say no, then you are correct. They’re just going to leave a comment indicating that they’re going to change things in the future, even though they will not. They will not reach out to the customer to correct the order although the customer spent their money and did not properly get a well cooked meal. Apparently, I’m sorry it’s supposed to feed your belly or Give you your money back.

  Its to-go pick up and delivery only. I checked in to pick mine up. Waited, waited, waited, watched others come in and pick up. Decided this was way too long, checked and it had been in the warmer waiting on me for quite a while. Also was soft and soggy when I requested well done.
