  Ordered delivery big box meal, both pizzas are absolutely dripping and soggy with grease. It was so bad I couldn’t even pick a slice up, on top of that the wings weren’t even delivered. No need to apologize because personally I’ll never ordere Pizza Hut again.

  Ordered my food and advanced and it was done before I got there. But once I arrived, there was nobody at the front counter, and I was waiting for a good 5 minutes. And somebody came out to the counter and didn't say a word and went back. They didn't even speak to me.And they saw I was standing there with two small children by myself. Customer service here is none existent. I even tried to call afterwards to say something to the manager and I immediately got put on, hold doing that as well. I cannot believe a place like this is still in business.When their employees act that way.
