I can say that the girl at the register, who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and has no business working in customer service. If she truly was the manager it says all I need to know about this location. Sad what Pizza Hut has become.

Honestly, I’d take most frozen pizzas over this—and I’m not exaggerating. Dry, previously frozen crust, bland toppings, etc That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and did everything right on their end. It’s a shame the food didn’t match their effort.

I have allergies, and she really took the time to make sure my order was handled carefully, which I appreciated more than anything. She made me feel comfortable and not like I was being a hassle. The whole place just felt welcoming, and you could tell she actually cares about people. Jill really did her job, and it made my experience so much better.
