  These people need to know the etiquette of learning. They need to understand if someone is sick at the job not to have at work or to have a proper hand washing etiquette class. My whole family is extremely sick after a couple after we are our food. My two year old was vomiting and throwing up. The rest of the family joined after. We can't even continue our trip. I called to let them know my order wasn't lightly sauced or cooked well done as requested. The rude woman on the phone didn't take accountability and honestly doesn't need to be the one to handle conflict . Her response, " I know it was lightly sauced because I did it. I don't know about anything else. Also you ordered a couple hours ago and I know you ate the food up so my manager said she can give you a free large pizza" I ORDERED THE ORDERED THE FOOD FOR MY KIDS, THEY ATE WE TOOK THEM TO THE POOL THEN ADULT TRIED SOME AFTER. WHY IN TARNATION WOULD I WANT A ANOTHER PIZZA? .Just horrible staff and food

  Best Papa Johns in tally. Best pizza and really good staff. They really are very considerate.

  I would like to acknowledge Chef Tamu for her attention to detail and great customer service skills she displayed all while making me the most perfect pizza I've had in a while. The take out experience is received today was unmatched. I will be going back to order from her again soon

  Came in to order a pizza on a Friday night. Asked if they were still open to in person orders, just to be sure, as it was late. After confirming that they were, asked for the "$6.99 pick more than 1" special and the man at the counter said that was only available online. I responded with, "Ok that's fine we can wait, no big deal" and opened my phone to order it online. Suddenly, the other employee working (a light skinned black woman with locs) started yelling from about 15 feet away that we should leave if we were speaking like that. Confused, I asked what she meant. She said we had called on the phone and were cussing at them. We had not made any phone calls to anyone, but she claimed "my voice sounded the same as theirs". She continued being belligerent and not allowing us to speak, so we left the establishment without ordering anything. Unnecessary and rude treatment of customers in a time when restaurants are struggling has made the decision for me that I won't be returning to this or any Papa John's location.
