  I ordered the "choose two" of tomato basil blt and, after the counter person filled me in on some of the menu, a Greek salad without the chicken. The blt was a good, fresh, basic blt with good ingredient ratios (I'd want more tomato but that may be just me.) but I'd assumed that there'd be at least pesto if not fresh basil and there was zero basil flavor, so not a basil blt. The dressing with the Greek salad was meh, with some kind of weird thickeners, but the salad itself was crisp and fresh, surprisingly large, and very good especially for a chain, with just the right amount of feta and a few extra kalamata olives for snacking. Update: I was thinking that I'd get the salad again with vinegar and oil dressing, since their "Greek" dressing was not good, but they do not offer that even though even Subway does so that and the falsely-advertised blt took rating down. Customer service was great. I might go back here, but probably not, as I don't like having to do 20 questions with employees to figure out menu choices and don't trust any place that serves salad and doesn't have oil and vinegar dressing and the aftertaste of that dressing was almost not worth the salad. The menu is poorly done. Salad menu only gives options for salads with chicken, a "steakhouse" one that I'm guessing has steak but after the "basil" blt I wouldn't bet on it, and a bacon ranch one. So not a single good veggie-only salad and apparently no options to get just a good veggie salad. It says something at the bottom about "select" salads being able to be ordered with no chicken, but no details about prices or which ones or anything. Also, poor descriptions. I don't need every last ingredient, but what greens and veggies are in each one should be easy to put up so I don't have to ask. Like "Fuji apple chicken" doesn't tell me anything; is that mayo based chicken salad with apples in it or a greens salad with chicken and some apples for crunch and sweetness or..? Some of the others are pretty straightforward but the greens and grains in the Mediterranean and balsamic salads should have some explanations.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Panera Bread. This location truly stands out as one of the best in the area. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the heart of hospitality from the entire team. The customer service is consistently top-notch ~ friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I also really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the restaurant is. The bathrooms are always spotless and fully stocked, which shows the care they put into the overall guest experience. The food is another highlight. Orders are prepared on time, and everything I’ve received has been fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s clear the staff takes pride in what they do, and it makes a big difference. Another huge plus is how work-friendly this location is. There are plenty of outlets available for those who need to work remotely, and the Wi-Fi is exceptional ~ fast and reliable, making it a great place to be productive while enjoying a meal or coffee. If you’re looking for a comfortable place with great service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere to get some work done, I highly recommend this location.
