  Disappointment today at Panera. Craving their Bistro French Onion Soup, I visited the Tallahassee location. First, I was told she had to ring it up as a Bowl and then add the Bread Bowl. Total was over $12. The menu board clearly says $8.29 am Bread Bowl adds $2.29. That equals $10.48. I didn’t balk at all UNTIL she said, “our Bread bow only holds a Cup”. Wuuuuut….so, I decided to have no Bread Bowl but just a bowl…then it came out to $10+ and not the $8.50 or so….what is going on here. Finally, I found it interesting that the “Track you order” board said my order was ready BUT it took another 4 minutes. Again-I ask, “What is going on here”?

  This location has gone downhill. On my vist just this afternoon, the restrooms were a mess and the restaurant was extremely hot as if the heat was on and/or AC was broken. I prefer to eat put without being hot. The customer service is also lacking..from the upfront ordering in person to the pick up window. The staff did not communicate appropriately and seemed bothered to assist customers. Probably my last visit for a while at this location.

  April 30 at 8:30 pm was in the restaurant and encountered the most disgusting rude manager and front counter person ever! Rude on purpose, without justification ! I will discourage everyone from this location unless ypu enjoy RUDe terrible service and unclean hands! Just nasty! Stay away until they learn to do better!

  B- for Effort. D for quality as in Do better. Not Panera consistency. Waste of money. This was microwaved after heating. It’s a broth now and not a cream based thickness and basically cold.. I’ll go back to the farther Panera

  This is the most disorganized panera i’ve ever seen. There is no communication from the staff which directly affects the customer experience. I got a you pick 2 and got a fruit cup as the side, the fruit was literally brown and black, squishy and inedible. When i was picking up my order from the counter my soup was COLD because it had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long before they marked it complete. the lady put chips on my plate and i said oh no could i just have a piece of bread, she proceeded to take the chips back and make me pay 99¢ for a piece of bread. Hello? And also extremely rude. There were people waiting for over 30 minutes and then when they finally asked where their food was they were told to go wait by the front counter. Completely disorganized. I’m gonna start driving the 20 minutes to the other panera because this is the second time i’ve had issues here. 2/23 at around 3pm
