  First time in my life I ever had hard biscuits was driving through I could not go back I was trying to get home the first McDonald's I ever got a sorry breakfast at and it was sorry

  1 star because I can’t give a negative star Floor is always greasy and bathrooms are always dirty. Service is terrible. When you order in the app and sit in the drive thru for 15 mins and then get told to pull off and wait another 15 mins? Then bring me out the wrong order and have to wait again This is supposed to be fast food! This place needs training and help! I’ll go out of my way to the other McDonald’s to get better service even though this one is right next to my house!

  What has happened to these chains in Tallahassee? This ownership group needs to get its shit together and start providing good food fast…, wrong orders and slow service. Thank the heavens the person taking the order had a good attitude at least. The guy working the 1st window at 8:34 on 5/06/2026…great attitude from him

  Waited 20 mins to get our food! Ordered at the drive thru and was told to go park at the curb side pick up (which had an overflow of cars). They forgot about us us! My husband had to go inside to ask about it and that's when they started preparing it.

  Fast? Absolutely not. Food? Normal McDonald’s food. I just want if fast. It’s not. Floors in The restroom are so greasy you can’t stand. Every table nasty. No TP in ladies bathroom. Men’s restroom was designed oddly. Some people here ahead of me were here for 30 minutes. Nope. Never again. I get it. Out of 3 sodas? How does that happen. Kiosk did t print receipts. Operator non existent. Don’t do business here. Then McDonalds reasoned with a dead link to a website. What a joke. If you want to know what’s going on, just go in the store 1 time.
