  Ordered a meal and as soon as i opened the sandwich box I saw a hair, knew it wasn't mine because I had just opened it and hadn't touched it.

  Wow this was tragic! I don't get to see my gransmdson as often as i would like so i was hoping to make a trip to his favorite restaurant a memorable one. BOY WAS IT. No one acknowledged anyone inside. They just held back from the registers until we resorted to taking our own order on a filthy kiosk. We waited nearly 20 min for our food. All he wanted was this k-pop kids meal. More than $12. He wanted to try the shaker fries. We put his fries in the bag , opened the mystery seasoning. I say mystery because it was completely empty (from manufacturer). I tried to get another pack but no one would come to the register atea or acknowledge my existence. My food was so cold & tasted horrible, i just threw it out. If i may make a suggestion, wipe out the entire crew and start with fresh new crew from management down. After spending nearly 30 bucks, it was the worst mc donalds experience i have ever had. Next time i will take him some where else to eat and take him toy shoping after .

  To everyone who has left a review about this location please check your inbox and even your spam folder. I am sending out links because this situation needs attention. I do not care if this takes months or years. What I experienced needs to be recognized. This food made me sick and I have spent too much of my hard earned money at this location over time only to be repeatedly disappointed by the service and the quality of the food. Starting next week I will be sharing my experience across my social media platforms where I have over 100000 followers to bring attention to what is happening at the McDonald’s on North Monroe Street and Fred George Road in Tallahassee Florida. I have evidence camera footage witness statements and documentation to support what I am saying. People work hard for their money and they deserve safe fresh food not food that makes them sick. This needs to stop and I am committed to making sure it does. If you have had similar experiences at this location please join me in speaking up so this issue can finally be addressed.

  I honestly don’t understand why this location is still open. Tonight was my final time coming here. I went in with a small $10 budget and ordered a $6 McDouble meal, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The burger was extremely hard and seemed old, the fries were overcooked and crunchy, and the nuggets were stale. The food quality was so poor that I actually chipped part of my tooth while eating. I am not exaggerating. I tried calling the store multiple times afterward, but the line stayed busy and I couldn’t reach anyone. On top of that, the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. This location clearly does not take pride in the food they serve. I left feeling sick and very disappointed. I will not be returning, and I believe management seriously needs to address the quality and service issues here. I would like a refund for this experience.
