  The night crew tonight was very disrespectful the staf missed a fry out my order and when i went back it took 10 whole minutes then when i get the fries they have no salt on them and the lady started laughing like something was funny/off!!! Im disappointed in 2nd window lady tonight!!

  No idea what the manager’s name was that was there on April 27th around 1:30 AM, but she is one of the most incompetent and irresponsible people I’ve ever seen. THEY had an issue with my order where they had my order number but claimed they couldn’t see what my order was (despite me having the receipt, the charge, AND the order in my McDonalds app). They told me to switch the order to pickup and they would take care of me. I get to the window and it’s a bunch of excuses, and they kept sending this little girl to come talk to me as if she was management or the woman who could take my order. Manager continuously walking away from me, insisting that I’m holding up the line and there are cars behind me, as if I’m some nuisance and not a customer. She smelled and looked like a pack of menthols. Absolutely unacceptable. Went to another Mcdonalds and they compensated me, as I expected THIS location to do. A running circus is what this is.

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will mess up your order and they will take forever. Also the SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! The lady on the intercom was trying to fight a customer. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION.

  We ordered 2 lemonades and it was more water than lemonade we had them to remake it and second time it was actual lemonade the 2 burgers were still pink not fully cooked the service is horrible more eye rolling for our issues from the staff and acted like they didn't want to be there

  I was charged for a medium smoothie but was given a small, I was also charged a dollar for a quarter cup of ice. which has never happened to me at any other McDonald's? Not sure what went wrong here
