  I think all the stores are lacking properly trained staff for this type of job, and unfortunately the Apalachee location is no exception. I could honestly say it’s one of the worst. It’s a shame because the manager seems friendly, but the employees do not do their job well. They are rude, cut you off while you’re speaking, give you dirty looks, and hand over your order carelessly. On top of that, they prepare the food however they want instead of according to the customer’s request, all just to rush customers through. By far the worst experience.

  Never fails my order is wrong. Just make it a habit of checking your order before you leave. For some reason I always give them the benefit of the doubt. It's disheartening when you're double always ends up as a single. True story, I always seem to get the singles instead of the doubles I ordered. Regardless what's most important for me is the atmosphere in the service. I'm not sure what McDonald's is doing nowadays but just say you're welcome or something anything lol I normally get the silent treatment after I say thank you. Anyways thank you McDonald's.

  Came to the location at 11:30PM and all of the screens were off. We pulled up to the ordering station and was asked if we're using the mobile app and when we responded about being worried about them being closed the person refused to respond again.

  Horrible customer service. Will not help you if they're out of something and you ordered through the app. They expect you to just live with it and take the loss of money.

  My order was ready. The heavyset manager didn’t want to hand it to me because I’m white. Always jealous, always aggressive
