  The person taking my order used my code for my medium fries and then in a seperate transaction rang in my burger (incorrectly), mcchicken, and sundae. That meant I didn't get the points for the other food I ordered. Then it wasnt until I got my receipt that I realized she rang my burger in wrong. I thought no big deal it happens I'll let them know at the next window and if I need to pull up and wait I will. When I pull up to the window, it looks like the manager is working that window. They ask if I had the fries and I say yes. They hand that and say have a great day. I mention I have another order and she looked really confused. I explained about the 2 transactions and she asked if I had a sundae and say yes. They hand me the most abysmal looking sundae and say have a great day again. I ask about my sandwiches (which the sundae was on the transaction with the sandwiches, so idk how that got confused, but whatever). I also mention that the one burger was rang in wrong and she went and had a new one made. Once I had all my food, I was once again told to have a great day. The whole time everyone was really friendly, but there was zero personality. I was really disappointed with the experience at this location.   Google needs to let us use negative stars!!!! It is painful to even give this location one star!!!!! It’s not that these young girls were rude they simply acted as if we didn’t exist which was worse on so many levels!!!!! Just completely ignored us! Mind blowing! Stay away from this location for any kind of customer service or even any kind of semi decent human interaction! Waited over 15 minutes for our food, no communication, just ignored us as everyone working was laughing and enjoying themselves while we waited for any sign of customer service! No fork or butter for the pancakes! Avoid these lazy pathetic employees at all cost. We travel a LOT and use McDonald’s quite a bit and this has to be our worst experience in all the states we have been to so that tells you something and should tell the manager and owner something. Pathetic!!!

  this place absolutely sucks horrible service they don’t even tell you one second or hold on. they’ll say something then disappear and then you’re stuck between cars in the drive through and can’t leave even if u wanted to.
