  I was in the second lane in drive through. The employee waited on 7 cars in the left lane. I drove off without my quarter pounder because they were ignoring me. I won't go back

  Update: After contacting customer care at corporate and locally. The local franchisee wouldn't refund my money because it was through the app. Corporate said the refund had to come from the franchisee. Local customer care issued coupons for free meals. Said I should just file with Discover. I did. Resolved within a day. My money has been refunded! If I could give them zero, I would. I ordered a mocha frappe through the app. I was charged immediately through Discover. I arrived in a curbside slot, entered my number and after a few minutes a manager came out to tell me the machine was down. I asked for a refund. She said she wasn't going to do it. It would make her drawer come up short. She said I had to contact corporate. I did. They filed a complaint but said the leadership team from that store would have to get in touch with me. No word and no refund. Now I have to file a fraudulent charge claim with Discover. Totally unacceptable customer service, attitude and behavior on a manager's part.

  I would give it zero stars, if possible, after the shenanigans, last night! I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy! I am extremely disappointed and this is not the first location that was just a zero out of 100-Poor😤

  Went here and was told they were not taking orders in the drive thru. Asked if I could come inside was told no. Asked why and they stated they were short staffed. I asked why she was working the drive thru and she did not respond to me. I went at dinner hours. How do they not have staff for this but the staff has the ability to be nasty to me?

  I thought the McDonalds in Southwood was the worst in town, but this one lowers the bar to the bottom. Our food was awful, the service was surly, and the place was dirty. I’ve been eating Mickey D’s since I was a kid, but this is the end of my McDonald’s journey. I see that McDonald's replied to my review. No, I m not going to provide additional details and you can't resolve my issue. But here's a some free advice: 1. Don't treat walk-in customers like they're an inconvenience. The person who took my order acted like he was doing me a favor. When I asked him what was on the Arch Deluxe, he replied "I don't know" and made no effort to find out. 2. Don't allow employees to use the dining room a s gathering place. 3. Get rid of the kiosks. they are confusing even to those of us who are computer literate. 4. Turn off the beepers in the kitchen. They are annoying to customers and no one seems to pay them any attention anyway. 5. Stop prioritizing the drive-through line at the expense of those of us who got off our butts and came into the store (see #1, above).
