- DKDevin KentonMay 2, 20261.0I ordered the limited breakfast meal (spicy sausage & egg Mcmuffin, hash brown and drink) with two regular Sausage & Egg Mcmuffins online. The sausage on the spicy version was replaced with torn up, burger parts with an overcooked onion in the middle. The meat looked like it had been sitting for some time and was just thrown in. I don't submit reviews for this location because I know that they're one of the busier areas, but that sandwich kind of grossed me out. Note: Picture attached shows what the meat looked like without being touched or handled. The other two sandwiches looked like normal.

Lady didn't give a receipt with handing the change back, asked for a receipt, the girl at the drive thru tried to tell me that she couldn't print a receipt. Then after I left, I found out there was no ketchup in the bag

Orders are often missing items, staff are rude or inattentive, and customers are left waiting without acknowledgment. Management appears disengaged, which reflects in the overall lack of organization and customer care. Very disappointing for a McDonald’s location.
