- JAJaliyah Altieri2 days ago1.0The lady named Nichole with the red hair in a ponytail who worked the drive thru on May 18th at 2:35pm should be fired. She has terrible customer service. I very clearly asked for a cake batter donut when I realized that is not what I got I circled back through the drive thru and explained I wanted a cake batter she proceeded to tell me “that’s not what you ordered you said glaze cake”….. I didn’t even know that was a flavor nor did I ask for it but okay people make mistakes. So I handed her back the donut and said I didn’t want it and she rudely said So what do you want. Obviously a refund but please have her do more customer service training or fire her.
