    Video attached for context. The young black guy at the drive through was extremely rude, I’m black also so it was truly just poor customer service. He let cars pile up behind me instead of taking my order, because he didn’t like that I asked him for a moment to look at the menu….. literally for 30 seconds. So he stood at the window watching me ask for help, pretending he couldn’t hear.I had to call the store phone number to say I’m ready to order while he’s watching me from the window, to which he answered “what do you want”. Thankfully we recorded the video incase something happened, and the video shows us waiting for close to 5 minutes before he decided to take our order. On top of that our sandwich wasn’t made right. If I’m spending almost $40 on 2 sandwiches even after he had a nasty attitude and poor customer service, the least he could do is make the sandwich right. It seems as if it was intentional. When my husband went inside to explain the beach club had no avocado and the #16 had no mayo, he then told my husband he needed to take the sandwich with him or they wouldn’t make his new sandwich ! My husband threw it in the trash and told him he’s not taking it. I’m glad he recorded the interaction because it’s unbelievable if we didn’t have video. We ended up getting a refund instead because they then put the guacamole in a cup instead of on the sandwich after all that, and apparently he is the manager. Would not use this location again and you should avoid it if you don’t want a hassle, it’s not worth it for the hassle for the money.

    We were on the way across the state and this JJ is the perfect stop right off the interstate! The store was large with plenty of seating inside and 2 umbrella tables outside on the patio with nice chairs. Plenty of parking too! 1 of the 3 sandwiches was made wrong (they did a #4 instead of #14) but promptly made it right AND offered a dessert for the "inconvenience", though truthfully it was hardly an issue because they fixed it so quickly! All sandwiches were as expected with modifications. My only complaint would be that the tomatoes weren't really red or tasty, but we're also in the off season for tomatoes, so it is what it is. We also appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. The bathrooms were spotless and smelling fresh, which is ALWAYS appreciated for this Mom who gets stuck in the potty more times than necessary with small kids. Overall, great visit and we would 100% return!

    I’ve ordered office lunches from this location several times, and while delivery is always on time, order accuracy is often an issue. On this occasion, I received two of the same sandwiches (labeled for the same person) and one was missing. I called to report the problem—the person who answered was neutral (not rude, but not particularly friendly). I explained the missing sandwich and noted that the online system had also removed two quartered pickles I had ordered. As they said they’d get someone to help, the call disconnected. I called back immediately and was placed on hold for seven minutes. When I tried again, I was forwarded to VM twice and twice the phone rang for about two minutes with no answer. I understand lunch hours can be hectic, but customers calling in should still receive the same courtesy. Additionally, sandwich labeling needs improvement. Three had no names, and several were hard to read, though I managed to figure them out.
